This Starbucks turned around a very unpleasant experience at the next store cafe - First Watch. The staff in this Starbucks are courteous, opposite to the staff at First Watch.
Interesting that mobile orders are given precedence over existing orders taken in-store.
A 15 minute wait so far for two lattes is ridiculous, surely better flow control would help?
