The place would be better if the service was better. I was there early in the am, not crowded. Placed my order and when I got home the order was totally different from what I ordered. They apologized when I called and realized they put someone else’s order in my bag. It was a total inconvenience.

The ladies there are really rude, they ignored me while I was trying to tell them my order and took someone’s order that came after me instead. Every time I go there, they are also very passive and I’ve seen act like that with all the customers. If you want rude service this is the place for you, but there isn’t one welcoming smiley and nice face there.

This location's pricing is far too high, and the inconsistency in prices among staff members is noticeable. The food quality is mediocre at best, and while I understand that it can get busy, the service definitely has room for improvement.

As a truck driver and Italian I have had bagels all over. I'm very picky and this bagel shop is one of the best. Fresh soft bagels not too hard, my other top bagel spot is in Teaneck on Teaneck road.

Takes too long for the foods. Waited for 20min for the breakfast sandwiches. Employees are not doing the jobs.

Love the Lox - extremely fairly priced ???? no complaints about the staff .Only reason for 4 stars- Latkes are expensive and a bit bland and the Rye bread is teeny tiny. Otherwise I’ll always be

To be honest, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Food. The taste and quality is top notch. I work all over the state and I'm always happy to work in their area so I can stop by for my breakfast sandwich. A+++

I found this place a few months ago and am a pretty regular customer for a bagel and cream cheese. Today was not a good day. Got my bagel and flavored cream cheese and ordered an avocado Supreme and went to work at 9. Was slammed all day, yay retail and when I finally got to eat, I didn't since it was an Italian sub with mustard. This is now twice I ordered vegetarian and got meat filled meals. And it wasn't busy

Was in town and decided to visit. Ordered a french toast platter with scrambled eggs and cheese. Got back to hotel, no utensils or syrup. I guess if you don't ask you don't get. Which was not the case a few years ago. The eggs were in an omelet form and the cheese barely melted at all in the middle. French toast was great but would be better w syrup. I would come back just for french toast but better customer service would be appreciated.

Everything here seems different, beyond the renovation. Bagels were hard and not as good, portions seems smaller, staff seems more stressed (pleasant and efficient but distracted), coffee cups etc are smaller with cheaper looking lids, and everything's more expensive. It's very apparent they're skimping to save money. Yeah i get it... Inflation. but don't sacrifice quality and raise prices. Just raise prices. People will pay anything if it's worth it. Disappointed in my last three visits. Used to be number one spot for my particular sandwich. Lately just Meh. It's a shame when new ownership is so obvious. Place is always busy but they're going to be victims of their own success if they keep taking it for granted.
