Walked in and EVERY staff member turned and found something else to … 1 other customer in the store eating … I’d assume it was because of my ethnicity. Reason being is because when I left I let 2 young ladies in and the staff all of a sudden had smiles and became available … go
Up the street to A&J bagels .. they treat everyone fair

I ordered a Belgian waffle and I received a heated up premade waffle (the frozen type). They cost like $1 maybe and they selling waffles for $7.50. Regardless of the cost. I asked the lady if I can switch this for something else because I thought it was fresh made waffles. She responded they would not switch my food and that “I should have asked whether or not they were fresh made waffles”. Lol what ?

Check your order before you leave. This is the second time they got the order wrong. Both times were not busy.

The fact I’m on short period lunch break and I go in to order something quick and easy . The lady ( with hajiab ) takes my order and messed it up and rolls her eyes and starts arguing with me saying I wasn’t clear about my order is very unprofessional. The fact my entire company goes to this place and this is the treatment I get is very unprofessional and unethical. This is the second time this happens . I would definitely not go back . Unfortunately.
There’s no reason for attitudes and mouthing customers.

We are a family that swears by wheat products (gluten-free people don't really get along with us at mealtimes :-)) so our bread bin and pasta pantry are always full. Ever since we discovered Steins Bagels, we simply stopped buying bagels AND cream cheeses from other stores. Their bagels are deliciously chewy and satisfyingly substantial. Their cream cheeses are much tastier (and substantial) than the kind one can get from a deli in a regular grocery store. Many of their customers are regulars, and this family has joined their club :-)!

The place would be better if the service was better. I was there early in the am, not crowded. Placed my order and when I got home the order was totally different from what I ordered. They apologized when I called and realized they put someone else’s order in my bag. It was a total inconvenience.

The ladies there are really rude, they ignored me while I was trying to tell them my order and took someone’s order that came after me instead. Every time I go there, they are also very passive and I’ve seen act like that with all the customers. If you want rude service this is the place for you, but there isn’t one welcoming smiley and nice face there.

This location's pricing is far too high, and the inconsistency in prices among staff members is noticeable. The food quality is mediocre at best, and while I understand that it can get busy, the service definitely has room for improvement.

As a truck driver and Italian I have had bagels all over. I'm very picky and this bagel shop is one of the best. Fresh soft bagels not too hard, my other top bagel spot is in Teaneck on Teaneck road.

Takes too long for the foods. Waited for 20min for the breakfast sandwiches. Employees are not doing the jobs.
