Great bagels, immaculately clean, great service. On the day I went the place was loaded with regular customers. Don't believe the poor reviews.

Love the Lox - extremely fairly priced ???? no complaints about the staff .Only reason for 4 stars- Latkes are expensive and a bit bland and the Rye bread is teeny tiny. Otherwise I’ll always be

To be honest, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Food. The taste and quality is top notch. I work all over the state and I'm always happy to work in their area so I can stop by for my breakfast sandwich. A+++

I found this place a few months ago and am a pretty regular customer for a bagel and cream cheese. Today was not a good day. Got my bagel and flavored cream cheese and ordered an avocado Supreme and went to work at 9. Was slammed all day, yay retail and when I finally got to eat, I didn't since it was an Italian sub with mustard. This is now twice I ordered vegetarian and got meat filled meals. And it wasn't busy

Steins Bagels promises a consistently above-average bagel experience, setting a reliable standard for bagel enthusiasts. Their bagels, though not reaching the pinnacle of excellence, consistently offer a satisfying and dependable taste that keeps patrons coming back. However, where Steins Bagels truly excels is in the realm of bacon. The bacon served here transcends the ordinary; it's a savory delight that elevates the entire bagel-eating experience. With a commitment to quality, Steins Bagels may not be aiming for groundbreaking, but their dependable above-average bagels and stellar bacon ensure a reliably enjoyable visit for those seeking a satisfying, classic bagel experience.

Was in town and decided to visit. Ordered a french toast platter with scrambled eggs and cheese. Got back to hotel, no utensils or syrup. I guess if you don't ask you don't get. Which was not the case a few years ago. The eggs were in an omelet form and the cheese barely melted at all in the middle. French toast was great but would be better w syrup. I would come back just for french toast but better customer service would be appreciated.

Everything here seems different, beyond the renovation. Bagels were hard and not as good, portions seems smaller, staff seems more stressed (pleasant and efficient but distracted), coffee cups etc are smaller with cheaper looking lids, and everything's more expensive. It's very apparent they're skimping to save money. Yeah i get it... Inflation. but don't sacrifice quality and raise prices. Just raise prices. People will pay anything if it's worth it. Disappointed in my last three visits. Used to be number one spot for my particular sandwich. Lately just Meh. It's a shame when new ownership is so obvious. Place is always busy but they're going to be victims of their own success if they keep taking it for granted.

I had a terrible experience in this cafe, rude staff, and horrible gluten-free bagel and when I complained they told me there was nothing they could do. The gluten-free bagel was small, flat like a cracker, and dripping in butter. They wiped the bagel off, didn't wear gloves and when I told who looked like a manager or owner that this would be the last time I am coming to this place, she said good, don't come back. I sat down to try and eat the bagel and couldn't, I left it there and walked out. The cost of this disgusting bagel was $4.50, if she was smart and wanted to keep me as a customer she would have asked if she could make me something else or refund the money......

Ordered a PEC on a plain bagel. Bagel was really soft and fresh. Wasn't the neatest sandwich as you can see in the picture, it looks like they threw it all together really fast. All in all it was a decent sandwich. Edit: (2nd Trip) Ordered a BLT on a bagel and it was huge and tasted great. See pictures. The Deli has plenty of things to choose on the menu, and plenty of other fresh items. There is a lot of seating inside, and they have a small table or two outside. Nice little place to enjoy breakfast and a coffee. They also have a TV which you can watch while enjoying your breakfast.

A&Js bagels are better and the service there is more respectful. I will not be back.
