There was soap all over the floor which stretched from the beverage station to inside the bathroom. I nearly fell down from slipping so much. Another customer told a woman who worked there. She just shrugged her shoulders and didn’t do anything about it.

I go here once a week, I'm just writing this review so the manager (at least I assume that's his job) who works Friday nights does a great job and deserves to be recognized for it. Remembered my name (not necessary, but appreciated) and is always on top of everything happening in the kitchen. Kind to his staff, kind to customers, this guy deserves a raise.

No option on GrubHub to request no bun on the burger. Go to call the location to request and they give you 2 options: phone in and order or additional information and questions. If you select additional questions it directs you to the website and disconnects the call. If you select to phone in an order, it says there is an abnormally long call volume and they cannot pickup for at least 10 minutes. My food was already picked up before I could get the buns removed. I know this location has low foot traffic on Sundays, even on superbowl Sunday. It's frustrating the barriers they put between their location and the customer for something simple to have the buns removed off my burger. Very upset about an experience that should be so simple as a note box in GrubHub and now is blown out of proportion and making me reconsider being a customer of this establishment again.
