Incredible experience at Akira for the second time. The service was absolutely excellent. Our waiter literally hustled and was on point with every single thing we needed and he brought out the cutest kids chopsticks for my friend’s son. The food was perfect and delicious and came out quickly. The staff were all personable and friendly. Love this place.Btw try the tempura ice cream. It was unique and SO good!

We went here a few weeks back as a family of 10. Luckily they were able to squeeze us in at the last minute and I’m so glad they did! This place is a hidden gem in moorestown. Staff is super friendly and welcoming and the hibachi was great! We also tried some sushi which was equally delicious. Restaurant was clean, service was prompt, staff was friendly and menu catered to every palate (that’s hard to do with kids). BYO is an added bonus that helps keep costs down. Hibachi was VERY reasonably priced.

We have been to Akira frequently over the years and it is consistently good! I love the koi pond they have in the restaurant! The employees are so friendly and efficient! We went in today for lunch and both got the lunch special of 2 rolls for $13. I had the shrimp avocado roll and Philadelphia roll. Both of them had extremely fresh ingredients and tasted great! The lunch special also comes with a soup or salad. I had the salad and my fiancée had the miso soup, both are a nice starter. We really enjoy Akira sushi and will be back again soon!

Solid day in and day out!!! This is the benchmark for hibachi and sushi as well as service! This is a staple for a Date night out of the city or if you live in town!!!

Filthy dirty hibachi grease leaking from vent falling on cook top ripped old dirty chairs they served yellow mustard on a plate of shrimp shumai the sushi is good the front part of the restaurant is nice . The filet was under seasoned the fried rice was gross swing and a miss won't be back

This place consistently has outstanding employees. We ordered our New Year's Eve dinner, and they even provided hats and treats for customers. I genuinely adore the food; the calamari was delicious. On another occasion, I tried the take-out Teriyaki Salmon, and the taste was absolutely delightful.

I came in for lunch this week by myself- I appreciate that they didn’t offer me to sit at the sushi bar just because I was alone. I sat at a table and was greeted right away. The food was great. My sushi was so good, I ate my whole roll along with my clear soup and salad. The waiter didn’t rush my food out; he allowed me time to enjoy my salad soup and roll before be brought out my hibachi. It was smoking hot and delicious. The parking was a little funky but other than that everything else was fantastic!
