If I could put 0 stars I would, it was VERY unprofessional & Unsanitary! I went by to purchase a few items on the menu, the wait was LONG! took about 5-15 mins just for the items to be made as well as the ordering process. Morgan was very rude and had a mean attitude while I was asking questions about certain products, along with 2 young ladies (one tall & one thick & short ) discussing gossip about another employee with horrible language & attitude while glaring at me & my daughter as if we were disturbing them all. WHILE waiting for fresh items (since i received a hard pretzel) fan near the dough area was HORRIBLY FILTHY! I brought it to their attention and they all 3 stated “I’m not doing the cleaning cause I do not get paid for it, I get paid to make and go.” After everything I’ll be sure to call the Labor board & Health inspector!! I’m just shocked that’s the customer service I had to receive & the employer allowing this!! 😳😳

Came in just to purchase a gift card, and Morgan made the purchase so pleasant! She was kind and thoughtful and packaged the card with care. Will definitely go back again, if not just for the delicious pretzels, for the great service! Thanks, Morgan!

I don’t know if there is a standard protocol with cleaning ice machines but my drink had black clumps of buildup of something. Didn’t realize this till my drink was empty. Disgusting

Morgan was AWESOME!!! She was all by herself and handled everything like a BOSS!! She was extra nice too!! Not too many people like that anymore!! Someone like her DEFINITELY deserves a nice raise!!

Amazing service here! Ran in to the mall to grab a snack for myself and my niece.. we were starving, she stayed in the car with her crying 3 mo old. I had to grab a water bottle for the baby’s bottle… and asked if they had any room temp ones. They offered to go check the supply room, bc all they had were cold ones. I told her I didn’t want to trouble them. They said it’s no trouble “it’s for the baby, we’re gna make sure the baby eats”! And he did after they warmed up the water bottle in hot water for me, while I waited. Went to the car, my niece was so happy she didn’t have to figure out how to warm up the water.. AND.. “the pretzels are bigger than Cherry Hill.. way bigger!”, she said. 10/10 definitely recommend!

The staff, nor the manager, knows what items they even offer. No customer service what-so-ever. They do not care about the customer. If you are thinking of placing any sort of large order, don’t bother. You will not like what you receive. Also, corporate doesn't care about the customer either

The workers here were so incredibly kind. I have a dairy allergy and both workers went above and beyond to make sure everything was sanitized and clear for me. They made me a fresh pretzel and were very thorough. Having an allergy can be really tricky to navigate but they did everything in their power to accommodate my allergy. It’s so appreciated! Thank you!

I went to the Moorestown Mall Auntie Anne's on March 4, 2025 and a very rude female employee glared at me wouldn't speak 😒 as I attempted to greet her and then attempted to order..I just walked away..she needs to be fired it appears that she's rude to a lot of customers..she's actually disgusting. I'm not sure how anyone could hire such an ignorant ass person.

We were walking through the mall and saw the stand so we decided to go take a look. We were just looking at the menu, when the female employee walked by gave us a dirty look and rude yelled were not open yet. We were not close to the counter or trying to even order at the time. Then after we walked away I looked it up they opened In only 4 minutes. Needless to say we will never get food here.
I stood in line to get a frozen blue raspberry lemonade only to be told they are sold out of every flavor after only being open 2 hours. Girl was very rude.
