The service was pleasant, and the food was good

The decor / ambiance was rustic

I loved the pasta and the lemon blueberry cake

Parking: Free parking lot shared with adjacent businesses and restaurants, which can get pretty crowded / full at peak dining hours

We have a nice time the food was great. They had 3 bridal shower going on so the service for us was very slow, but otherwise it’s a great spot to eat and it’s BYOB.

The fried calamari came amazingly fast but what it offered in speed it lost in flavor with breading that looked like a bland coating designed to not offend rather than impress. I left half of it on the plate and my wait staffer collected the plate without question or comment. My salad also arrived quickly and while the quality of the ingredients was good, the dressing was essentially vinegar. I left half of that too and when my wait staff asked how l liked everything and i said "im not impressed" she said Nothing.
The cannoli was ok, maybe a little to sugary IMO. The coffee being the best part of this meal. my server delivered my bill politely without any comment except that there was no rush. I came tonight because i had been to a restaurant with the same name years ago on Rte 70 in Cherry Hill which was SO much better. I May give this incarnation another shot. Probably not. but tonight they just did not excel.

Arriving at 7:30 p.m., we felt rushed as soon as we were seated. We were told twice that the kitchen would soon stop taking orders because the restaurant closes at 9 p.m. With little time to review the menu, we ordered Baked Clams ($13), Eggplant Parmesan ($23), Tagliatelle Pork Sugo (homemade pasta with pork ragu $23) and Chicken Franzese ($23). Overall, the food was good. The Baked Clams had more than a dozen small littleneck clams roasted in white wine and dusted with bread crumbs. The Chicken Franzese had three small pounded cutlets lightly sauced. The Eggplant Parmesan was very large but was drowning under an overly thick tomato sauce. The pork ragu was not good – the thick pasta was undercooked and instead of tender pieces of pork, the pork was overcooked, tough and stringy. It was hard to ignore the staff getting ready to close for the evening. As we ate, we saw the staff emptying out the coffee or iced tea urn and drying the silverware.

My family made a reservation for saturday at 8. I got there early before everyone else and as soon as i sat down i was told i had to order right away because the kitchen closes at 8:15. I was completely stunned because i was being rushed to order before my family even walked through the door. What would have happened if no one knew what they wanted or if they'd never been here before? Our meal was rushed and my food came out lukewarm as the staff cleaned up around us and all i could think about was "why did they accept my reservation if they're closing so soon after?" It was such an uncomfortable and awful experience that wasn't even worth the price. My waiter looked completely annoyed the whole time. Unacceptable.

The food here is amazing, I wish I lived closer to visit more frequently. My husband the evening special of Halibut topped with jumbo shrimp and lobster sauce atop linguini, outstanding! I had the Ravioli Rosa (Lobster) it was also quite tasty, can't wait to get back to the area to visit again. Our server Loren P was phenomenal, we will be asking for her if she's working upon our return.
