Cava is the Chipotle of Mediterranean it's great. On the healthier side you can go unhealthy I recommend the pita chips with crazy feta (whipped feta, onions, and jalapeños) it has a tiny kick not hot at all. You can pick what they offer whatever is in the bowls they recommend but just choose what you want that's what I do.

Vegan approved!! Now, this is a craveworthy bowl!! The Grains Bowl consists of brown basmati rice, traditional hummus, red pepper hummus, roasted veggies, fire roasted corn, avocado, cucumber, kalamata olives, and a drizzle of lemon herb tahini dressing. So many aHHmazing flavors and textures. It is my first time visiting Cava and I love it! Cava is a Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant chain that serves Mediterranean-inspired food. I hope to see Cava in Ohio someday.

Don't get me wrong, the food is good but for $17 a bowl, you would think they would fill it more than halfway. I don't get the hype about this place. Someone made a Tiktok and now its always packed, for no reason. I liked Zoe's Kitchen so much better. I don't know why they closed and replaced with this.
