I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about , my experience here was great. I absolutely loved the California chicken cheese steak with the tomato lettuce and ranch. Also very good fries . I'd recommend this place!

Their food was OK def could’ve gotten better somewhere else but food is not bad it’s the service the service here is horrible and everybody is so rude and not patient I’m hard of hearing and instead of giving me a sec they were literally screaming at me then when I didn’t hear her the first time she was even ruder and started making fun of me in Spanish unless your door dashing I don’t recommend

The person who attends is terrible, he doesn't help at all, he speaks perfect Spanish and he is a racist.

Terrible service and they close about a hour before the mall closes. They’re the first food place to close everytime. At 7:15 I tried to order food and the lady looked at me like I was the crazy one and said we are closed now. The mall closes at 8. I wonder if the owner knows they close up early all the time.

Of course they don’t even have a customer service number to call. i found a piece of hair in my loaded fries. This place is bad news.

I will never buy another steak from Charleys again. The service was not friendly or accommodating I don't think I've had a steak with such little meat on it before

Walked in to get a quick bite and was ignored immediately by the cashier. Not quite sure what their problem was but I’d rather eat from the trash than be treated like that. Horrible customer service.

If I could give this horrible place zero stars, I promise you, I WOULD! Never have I been to an establishment and been treated the way I was treated yesterday. I took my children here after spending a lot of money at the stores in the mall and thought it would be a bright idea to stop here and eat, BIG MISTAKE. The cashier was rude and very standoffish. As if it were such an inconvenience to him and the cooks that I was spending my money there and made them do their damn job. They called my number when it was time for me to grab my food, I had a bunch of children with me and put the receipt away so fast so that I could be attentive to my children. I kindly asked what was in bag so that I could confirm the order and let me just tell you, the looks they had on their faces were as if they were disgusted by my presence! I asked them multiple times what the order was and they ignored me every single time. I grabbed the food, sat my children down with my sister in law, went back and gave them a piece of my mind and told them to give me a refund. Returned the food as well! I get that most of their ratings are coming from people that order through Doordash, Uber, etc and that’s the only thing that’s saving their rating because they don’t have to DEAL with the disgusting employees there, but please go at your own risk if you’ll be ordering in person. You have been warned. I don’t even usually do this but I had to come back and leave this rating. Horrible, horrible way to run a business. These people are absolutely unprofessional!
