“This was our first time at Champs, as we are visiting from out of town. We searched Google to “find cheesesteaks near us” and Champs came up with amazing reviews. Let me just say that all the reviews are correct! John and Nick took great care of us from the time we walked in til the time we left. The cheesesteaks were incredible, the bun was nice and soft, and the fries crispy. Trust and believe every time we’re in the area, we’ll be stopping here to get our fix! My only complaint would be that if you are ordering for delivery don’t get any of the fried food like the mac and cheese balls, they don’t manage to stay crispy at all by the time they get to their destination. Maybe they could look into ways to keep them crispy for a longer period of time. Either way the cheesesteak is a 8.5+/10 (extremely good)“

“If you haven’t tried the “rolls,” you’re missing out. Take it from a dude with moobs. I know good food. I f$cks with food. The cheesesteak rolls are delicious to the point of ordering an extra one because you’ll be mad you didn’t get another one. The salmon rolls are, again, one of the reasons Chase’s is a little gem. It’s what makes Philadelphia a city claim passionately. This food is made with love and I love this food!“

“Gai Chicken is a mixed bag for me. Their wings are hands-down the best in town - crispy, flavorful, and addictive! However, I've been disappointed multiple times by their consistent lack of roasted chicken. It's a staple menu item, but somehow always 'unavailable'.

Why tease us with an option you can't deliver? Despite this frustration, their wing game is strong enough to keep me coming back. Improve your inventory management, Gai Chicken, and you'll easily earn that 5th star!

Went with my family and ordered a XL Pie, which the menu on the wall says “XL 18’ PIZZA 14.95”, I was wrung up on one register as $15.95, but when the waiter took my card, he charged me $26.00. When asked why so much he immediately said the price of the pizza was 19.95 and if I wanted, he could give me a menu. When I requested a menu, he then said he only has the old menu, still he didnt even give me that. When I asked why am i being charged $6 for 2 cans of coke, he then says the man (guessing the owner) told him to charge me for 3 cans (this is the same waiter that took our drinks order and brought us 2 cans). If you want to get swindled, go to this pizza joint. Trust me, I would much rather give my money to an honest family business… but this place just made me decide to stick with the big business conglomerates that are running little family owned places out of business. Sucks, but why steal from your customers? You take their money, break the trust and then you deal with the aftermath of it all. Another interesting fact: someone was coughing up a majestic storm in the kitchen, just pure unadulterated coughing and sneezing. Then theres this delivery guy just eating a slice of pizza at the entrance talking about women, as if there wasn’t a family trying to enjoy some time together. My wife felt uncomfortable, as she should have. Save your money. The flies and theft isn’t worth it. Sad, this was once a good place.“

“My wife and I love this place. We are usually never disappointed, HOWEVER, tonight we were. We order from here at least once a week if not more sometimes and the quality is impeccable, but tonight I had to remake my cheesesteak bowl when I got it. Normally it is gooey and yummy, but tonight the cheese was just thrown on top, it was super dry and just not what they would normally make. I also got the side sausage and forgot to have them take the sauce off (my fault not theirs) but I couldn't eat the sausages from the smell of the sauce. I don't know what it was, but wasn't good I hate to say. I will def give 5 stars because it's maybe the 2nd time we have ever been disappointed in ALL the times we've gotten delivery and will always come back, so yes 5 stars. Strangely enough, I even said to the girl that delivered that it was super quick and she just laughed and left. I should have known something was off then. Sub shoppe, we love you, but who ever cooked tonight might need a different position ?“

“We come here often, almost every Friday after my daughter goes to karate and they have great products but I have had some issues. It seemed great for the first few visits. My daughter loves their mango strawberry smoothie. But lately, I found a peice of plastic in my smoothie the one time and my daughter got sick after drinking one of their smoothies last night, try at your own risk!“

“I would more accurately rate this spot a 3.5 stars for FOOD. While the food was flavorful and tasty it was lacking in size. It didn't really hit me until I snapped a picture of the chicken finger next to a Louisiana hot sauce packet for reference, and it was barely much bigger. I felt cheated. Since when were chicken fingers so small! Other than that, service was a 5 and atmosphere was a 5 and well deserved. They were extremely friendly and even checked in with me on the floor to ask how everything was, and the staff removed my trash for me and I was impressed by that. Their drive through is set up almost exactly like a Chick-fil-A which seems to work out really well. They don't have much a diverse menu aside from the chicken tenders and fries, they only have a chicken sandwich which comes with lettuce no option for any other toppings such as onions or tomatoes but what they have seems to be decent (Portion size aside) Overall, I would come back but let's just say I had higher expectations and I won't be bragging about Canes anytime soon. For those reviews that complain of how long it takes, read the menu. It specifically recommends you order "25 minutes in advance". As for the poor customer service, it is fine. They aren't overly nice with "my pleasure" every 5 seconds, but that's okay. They are knowledgeable and got my order correct. I don't need anything else.
