this location should be a model on what not to do when running a chipotle. i have gone to this location multiple times over the last two years and have somehow had a negative experience almost every time.

ive had multiple issues with my orders not being tagged. ive had multiple issues with the employees not being engaged and ignoring multiple customers at the counter. Ive gone to chipotle for years but the inconsistency in the food from this location is insane. I typically order brown rice for my bowls and this location is always 50/50 if i actually get brown rice but it’s usually white.

Whoever this manager is for this location is either in over their head or is simply incompetent. Learn how to operate your business or get out of the way.

Placed an online order marked as ready, but upon arrival, I waited 40 minutes without receiving my food. Ultimately left, as the experience was not worth it. Management was neither helpful nor courteous. I’ll be requesting a refund and won’t be returning.

Took a while to serve me. They gave me truly the smallest portion of chicken I’ve ever received at chipotle. My bowl was mainly just beans and rice.

Every-time I visit this location. My experience was bad. I had to always ask them to put full scoop of everything I ask. They always put half or less than half scoop except rice.

I was told that I need ask to put full scoop. If not, they will only put half scoop by default.

I will never visit location.

This chipotle is one of the WORSE chipotles I’ve ever been to. Very unprofessional, had an online order for pick up, didn’t have it ready, employee was making the order as I came in and stood there, they never greeted me nor apologized nothing, they’re so rude! Never will I ever come back here again! 0 out 10 would NEVER EVER recommend!!!!

The employees were inattentive and careless with my order. They forgot the chocolate milk and chips, forcing me to drive back to retrieve them. There was no apology for their mistake. When I requested extra items, they were unwilling to provide them. Overall, I am very disappointed with the experience.

I’ve gone to this store many times and it’s usually good but today (and on my bday using a free entree reward) the rice was really bland, music was blasting and one of the workers was singing it, basically yelling. I was the only one sitting and eating with a few others ordering. Midway into my meal, the fire alarm goes off. As of right now, they went in about 2 mins prior. Just know, I’m throwing my food out and leaving. I’ll find another one now

I spent so much money in this place week after week the food is getting less and less chopping up the steak like dog food. This is ridiculous little tiny cubes. I don’t know people keep telling me go to Cava. I think I’m gonna have to give them a try. A little more expensive. The amount of food that you get is ridiculous now with chipotle . i’m looking at my bowl. I got more rice and tomatoes and corn. I ordered double steak I probably can count the steak that I have double steak at that 20 pieces small very small pieces. i’m tired of this. I’m going somewhere else.

I never leave negative reviews, but today when i went to the restaurant was extremely frustrating. I walked into the restaurant at 11:40am before my shift at work, there was music blasting, lights were on, and doors were unlocked. When i got halfway to the desk to order, i was told they were closed... than would be re opening at 12.... there was no closed sign, and chipotle opens at 10:45am. I looked around and saw food on the line already made. so i turned around and walked out, took a glance behind me, and the ENTIRE staff (about 6 people) were sitting outside at tables, EATING CHIPOTLE. it was clear as day they were NOT closed, the entire staff was taking a break at the same time... and listen ive been a manager, and no fast food restaurant would EVER do this. my guess is there was no manager around at the time and the employees didnt want to do anything. clesrly there had to have been a manager when they opened because no one wouldve been able to unlock the store, let alone set the register, make food, or like i said.... EVEN GET IN THE BUILDING. this was extremely inconvenient, selfish, and terrible service. i used to enjoy this chipotle as its close to my job, but never again.

Didn’t realize I was buying a rice burrito l. Ask for chicken and steak barely get any meat. My whole burrito was rice. The Employees are rude. I Think I’m giving up on chipotle they lost the touch.

This was my second time going to this location. My 1st time was a good experience so I decided to go back yesterday. I will not be returning to this location. The workers didn't understand English, my husband was asking about something on the menu and the young lady had no idea what he was saying. There were 4 other workers (ladies) speaking with a male worker who was being a translator because 2 ladies were over charged and was trying to get their money back. The establishment wasn't very clean, trash cans were filled with trash. I was very disappointed because my first experience was not like this and I was just there last month.
