I’ve gone to this store many times and it’s usually good but today (and on my bday using a free entree reward) the rice was really bland, music was blasting and one of the workers was singing it, basically yelling. I was the only one sitting and eating with a few others ordering. Midway into my meal, the fire alarm goes off. As of right now, they went in about 2 mins prior. Just know, I’m throwing my food out and leaving. I’ll find another one now

I spent so much money in this place week after week the food is getting less and less chopping up the steak like dog food. This is ridiculous little tiny cubes. I don’t know people keep telling me go to Cava. I think I’m gonna have to give them a try. A little more expensive. The amount of food that you get is ridiculous now with chipotle . i’m looking at my bowl. I got more rice and tomatoes and corn. I ordered double steak I probably can count the steak that I have double steak at that 20 pieces small very small pieces. i’m tired of this. I’m going somewhere else.

I never leave negative reviews, but today when i went to the restaurant was extremely frustrating. I walked into the restaurant at 11:40am before my shift at work, there was music blasting, lights were on, and doors were unlocked. When i got halfway to the desk to order, i was told they were closed... than would be re opening at 12.... there was no closed sign, and chipotle opens at 10:45am. I looked around and saw food on the line already made. so i turned around and walked out, took a glance behind me, and the ENTIRE staff (about 6 people) were sitting outside at tables, EATING CHIPOTLE. it was clear as day they were NOT closed, the entire staff was taking a break at the same time... and listen ive been a manager, and no fast food restaurant would EVER do this. my guess is there was no manager around at the time and the employees didnt want to do anything. clesrly there had to have been a manager when they opened because no one wouldve been able to unlock the store, let alone set the register, make food, or like i said.... EVEN GET IN THE BUILDING. this was extremely inconvenient, selfish, and terrible service. i used to enjoy this chipotle as its close to my job, but never again.

Didn’t realize I was buying a rice burrito l. Ask for chicken and steak barely get any meat. My whole burrito was rice. The Employees are rude. I Think I’m giving up on chipotle they lost the touch.

This was my second time going to this location. My 1st time was a good experience so I decided to go back yesterday. I will not be returning to this location. The workers didn't understand English, my husband was asking about something on the menu and the young lady had no idea what he was saying. There were 4 other workers (ladies) speaking with a male worker who was being a translator because 2 ladies were over charged and was trying to get their money back. The establishment wasn't very clean, trash cans were filled with trash. I was very disappointed because my first experience was not like this and I was just there last month.

Apparently half the staff doesn’t speak English so communicating anything outside of “beans, rice” is slow & rather frustrating.
Honestly get tired of writing negative reviews especially for a restaurant I use to love. Girl at the counter seemed confused about salads getting dressing. And when I tried to let the girl sweeping know the side door to patio was locked from the outside so we all had to keep walking around to get back in she couldn’t understand but got frustrated & called for the English speaking person helping someone else. It wasn’t worth standing in line waiting to be heard & understood especially if people were gonna be rude about it, I was trying to help but just left by that point. Most Chipotles I’ve gone to are also pretty dirty, tables, drink stations are usually a mess & not super sanitary. Stuff happens when it’s busy but there’s really no excuse when it’s slow. I’m assuming they are understaffed & seemingly limited on employees.

This has hands down been the worst Chipotle visit ever. The food was dry and flavorless. I asked and paid for extra chicken and literally was given just a few extra cubes. The tables were dirty. The trash was overflowing. Just all around bad experience. I will never visit or recommend this location ever.

I use to frequent this place all the time but decided to no longer return. I’m not sure if it’s new management or what, but the experience I recently had was terrible. These new employees are extremely stingy with the portions of food they give you! I’m completely confident if it were their own food they were preparing, they would not serve themselves that way. Even when I asked for a little more of certain things in my bowl, the girl was reluctant to give me more. It’s confusing because you are paying money for the “extra.” I will never return to this location.
Restaurant location closed up before 9:30 pm turning customers away.
Need to update hour of operations posted on the door if your closing at 9:30?

The dining room was dirty. Tables were dirty with food on it from previous diners.The lemonade fountains were all empty.The garbage was overflowing.The guacamole in the food line was brown because it oxidized from the air. The steak was so bland it was like eating little pieces of chewy grizzled. It was gross.First time coming and won't be back. ?Taco Bell is MUCH better or even On the Border. Total disappointment.
