Trash. Guacamole was greenish brown and 100% acidic, burrito has loosely wrapped in (2) stale tortillas and haphazard foil wrapping. There is no way any employee was oblivious to the appearance of this food before it was packed up. Cold. Ingredients missing. Tried to call customer service and was forced to use and AI app, no direct line to the restaurant and the corporate number entertained me for about 90 seconds before putting me on an indefinite hold and dumping my call. I’m afraid somebody is going to get food poisoning from this location.

For comparison, we patronize the Cinnaminson location weekly for work and never have a sub par experience.

The staff are as dirty as the food area! Laughable tiny portions!! I had to buy 9 tacos for $40+ just to get enough food for lunch! Never again!!

Chipotle, I’m not sure what’s happening. The establishment I once loved has become one that has slowly gone downhill. I just left this location, without ordering anything. As I stood in line, I saw two employees on their phones. The employee that eventually began preparing my food had been in the kitchen moments earlier. It looked like she was helping to clean, but I had convinced myself that couldn’t be because she wouldn’t be preparing my food with the same gloves she was wearing to clean. When she finished my food and handed it to the cashier, she immediately picked up the mop with the same gloves she prepared my food with. This pretty much confirmed my fear…it seems like she helping to clean before preparing my food. Please get better management and actually manage the employees because this location, like many other Chipotle’s like it, is poorly run.

Stopped by Chipotle and had a great experience! The food was fresh and flavorful, just what I was craving. The service was impressively fast and the staff were super friendly, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. Definitely coming back for another burrito fix!

There were 3 employees in the restaurant when I walked in. One was at the counter, one was preparing mobile orders, and one was scrolling on her phone in the kitchen. No one acknowledged me when I walked in. The man at the counter left as soon as I approached to place my order to go take out trash, and the woman in the kitchen just continued to scroll on her phone. I stood there for about a minute with no one acknowledging me, before I just left in disgust at the complete lack of customer service.

Edit: after reading others' reviews, it seems my experience was not an isolated incident, and many other people have received the same kind of service here.

This chipotle is great! The vibe was great, everyone had great attitudes and seemed happy to be there. I attribute that to great management. Rosanna was amazing and went above and beyond. I will definitely be back 🙂

this location should be a model on what not to do when running a chipotle. i have gone to this location multiple times over the last two years and have somehow had a negative experience almost every time.

ive had multiple issues with my orders not being tagged. ive had multiple issues with the employees not being engaged and ignoring multiple customers at the counter. Ive gone to chipotle for years but the inconsistency in the food from this location is insane. I typically order brown rice for my bowls and this location is always 50/50 if i actually get brown rice but it’s usually white.

Whoever this manager is for this location is either in over their head or is simply incompetent. Learn how to operate your business or get out of the way.

Placed an online order marked as ready, but upon arrival, I waited 40 minutes without receiving my food. Ultimately left, as the experience was not worth it. Management was neither helpful nor courteous. I’ll be requesting a refund and won’t be returning.

Took a while to serve me. They gave me truly the smallest portion of chicken I’ve ever received at chipotle. My bowl was mainly just beans and rice.
