I came in around 8am yesterday morning to get 2 lattes, munchkins and 2 orange juices. I created a different slip on the kiosk for my orange juice (as i forgot to order them the first go round), paid and proceeded to the pick up side and waited. The lady asked did we grab our orange juice and I told her “no” and went over to grab them. Once our complete order was done we grabbed our items and left the store. While walking to the car we hear somebody yelling behind us so we turn around and
it’s the older lady who was working the register.. she begins accusing us of not paying for the orange juice! I told her they were paid for on a separate receipt and she told me I was lying because she doesn’t see it on the slip. So I followed her back into the store and immediately told the lady to explain to her that we paid so she showed her our receipt and she apologized. Not only is this unacceptable, ITS EMBARRASSING. To have a whole crowd of people staring at me as if i’m a thief (over $5.31 orange juice!!), i’m disappointed in this location, before making an accusation over something so small please make sure you know your stuff! Chasing somebody damn near to their car over orange juice that was PAID for is insane.

This is my neighborhood Dunkin that I go to a couple times a week. The people here are friendly, always get my order right, and occasionally throw in an extra donut or a few extra munchins which my daughter always appreciates.

Why are you guys putting wrong hours? You’re closed by 6 pm. Lights are on and the doors are locked. And the guy at the counter shows with his hand they are closed.

Consistently great service. We use this location often for coffee, donuts and muffins for large meetings at our corporate headquarters. They always have everything ready at the promised time. Coffee is hot and everything else is fresh! Thank you and see you in the future.

I will not come back here until the Jehovah Witnesses stop putting there stand out here. Love this dunkin but why are they allowing them to harass customers that just want to pick up a quick coffee? I can’t be the only one tired of this.

They only have two people here at a time, sometimes I only see one. The employees are unmotivated and unprepared for more than one customer at a time. If it’s busy or even a few people are in here don’t come you’ll be late to wherever you need to be.

I’ve been to this Dunkin’s for almost a year now everyday and it never disappoints. Today I forgot to say I wanted my black coffee iced instead of hot, they were really understanding and switched it for me. They’re fast and nice.

Please be nice to the people who work here. They are doing their best but ordering was the most stressful thing and I do not recommend. Could not hear each other, had to repeat order 3 times. Reviewed the receipt to ensure everything was correct. It was, I thought. Still received wrong coffees from the other employee when I checked them. Then I got in the car and realized Despite having repeatedly clarified 2 muffins, one blueberry and one coffee cake. I only got a blueberry. To be fair they did not charge me for the other. They just literally did not put it in the POS despite the lengthy discussion. I feel trolled, haha. Merry Christmas and I hope the owner is reading. Spread love not hate.
