It was a bit noisy. Difficult to hear the person sitting next to me. We were seated in the middle of the dining area. Might be a good idea to be seated off to the side of the room if noise is a concern. Have been here a few times in the past and the food was good. This time, my fish was a little undercooked. They are very attentive with respect to food allergies. The staff was nice.

My wife and I both had the 7 oz fillets. Mine was embellished with shrimp, her's with a side of the mushroom & onion, that we shared. Frank, our server, stayed on top to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great evening with excellent service and dining.

We LOVE firebirds. Like more than just a “restaurant at the mall” it's TOP TIER. We always have an attentive wait staff. Friendly host. Great meal. Only giving a 4 under “value” because it's expense. It's worth it- but expense. $150 for 2 adults and a toddler- no alcohol.

Menus need to be checked for stains between use. Had a wonderful waitress, Marielle, who took very good care of us. Out of 5 filets one was undercooked. It was taken back and returned as originally requested.

I originally made the restaurant reservation for 9:15 PM. Later, the host called to let me know they'd be closing early, but said if we arrived by 9:00 PM, they could still accommodate us. We rushed to get there and arrived at 8:57 PM. The host recognized me, seated us, and handed us menus. Shortly after, another staff member came over and informed us the kitchen was already closed. I explained that the host had told us over the phone that arriving by 9:00 PM would allow us to be served. He left, and then a waitress came to let us know that only salads and pastas were available, as the grill and fryer had already been shut down. At that point, we decided to leave. I would have appreciated it if the host had simply canceled the reservation and advised us not to come. We made a real effort to arrive early—15 minutes ahead of the original time—while driving from EWR airport on the Turnpike when the reservation was made. (We're on a business trip, and after a full day of flying, we were eager to unwind—so we planned a dinner stop before heading to the hotel). (FYI: Open tables had slots opened up to 10pm).

We had a brand new server Matt that should not have been left alone. He still Needed guidance. Spilled two black diamond cocktails. Never brought water. Over charged us for my pick there's meal. Never gave me my take home box of food. And we had to ask for our credit card when given. Then received 8 calls after we left saying they didn't run it correctly and the server would have to pay bill if I don't call back. I called back and texted them. I never hear again from them. Extremely disappointed and I am a frequent flyer here.

Our waiter, Gerald, was wonderful! Very kind. Asked us what brought us in for the evening and we told him we were a book club. To end the night he surprised us with cheesecake on a plate that said “Reading is FUNdamenral”. He went above and beyond as he was also helping to train a new staff member. Food was excellent. Salmon. Steak in salads. Yummy! Lovely evening

Excellent meal! We ordered from the 3-course meal and for the price of the meal we got a lot!! Only issue was one of the steaks was not cooked to order but it was still good eats!

Always a good choice when you are at or near the Moorestown Mall. The service is always good. And we took advantage of a special "Inner Circle" member strip steak offer--$25--which was excellent. The steaks were cooked to the desired temp. And the chosen side of fresh vegetables were also very good. We never hesitate to go back here when in the mood for fire-grilled entrees, or just a good sandwich.
