Incredibly disappointed with this dining experience. We haven't been to Firebirds in about a year, but previously enjoyed many birthday celebrations here as the food was always good. This dinner was different, but not in a good way. Service was slow, apparently because our server had tables all over the restaurant. Drinks took at least 10 mins after ordering and my husband was brought the wrong one. Getting the right one took at least another 10 minutes. Food was sub par at best. While my husband's dinner was “okay” & the salad I ordered, Shrimp and Strawberry had hardly anything except lettuce. The walnuts, goat cheese and strawberries were minimal. Our daughter's chicken fingers and French fries tasted like they were overcooked in old oil and basically inedible. Luckily, they gave us bread or she wouldn't have eaten at all. When we were seated, we were surprised by how empty the restaurant was, but after our experience tonight, we completely understand. Overall, we see a huge downward trend in the service, food, and overall experience since our last visit. Wont be back and definitely will not be recommending to anyone else.

Wonderful for our birthday dinner! The food was perfectly prepared, and the service was impeccable. It was a bit noisy, but not anywhere near fully crowded.

We went there for Easter. The food and the service were wonderful. Our wait person Andy was efficient and personable. He took care of everything perfectly. The food was wonderful - portions were ample and the food was very tasty. We will definitely go back again.

This review is for the ribs special. Do me a favor don't buy them. They are all bones and sauce no meat. Baby back where. If you want good ribs with meat on the bones go to Redstone.
I would recommend for couples. I found it a little pricey. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice. Customer service was great.

Waitress was so awesome, But the food was horrible I ordered a steak with garlic mashed potatoes, over priced I could have made them better at home, my daughter ordered barbecue chicken sandwich she didn't even eat it! 2 appetizers with was onion rings, some spinach dip,and 2 sodas it cost up 100.00 bucks! I don't mind spending money on food ,however I did mind spending it there. I will not be going back

This waitress talked to a table directly behind me (which wasn't hers) the ENTIRE meal at full volume. I now know she goes to Rutgers, lives in a townhouse in campus housing; and was oversat with 8 tables but it's supposed to be 3. Even if you're cut, Should you be complaing about your job loudly to guests?

The atmosphere was great, however, the food and drinks not so much. The drinks tasted as if they were made with a drink mix. Tried the signature margarita and a red sangria. My husband had a steak which was tough and I had salmon which was good, but the rice underneath was gummy. We might try again if we know what's good but we won't do drinks.

Service was terrible. Sat at the bar and felt invisible to the staff. The couple next to me was taken care of but I wasn’t even offered a glass of water. When I finally did get waited on there was huge gaps in time before I would get refills of water which is the only thing I was drinking. My steak came out incorrect and the temp was off when corrected

My friends and l visit the Firebirds Grill for the first time and just wanted to say our waitress was really great. First of all I look at the menu online and it wasn't the same as the menu in the restaurant menu--naturally not I've been seeing a lot of that. One of my friends ordered the steak and she had to send it back, it was tuff and dry, my fries were not hot also I ask for a different cheese on my chicken sandwich never got the cheese. I heard some good things about the restaurant so one of friends suggested we try it, but was very disappointed and wasn't impressed at all. I would also like to add that the menu is not bad not much to it and a little to pricey for the selections. I don't know what was going on with that day or with the cooks. You would have thought the manager would have been made aware of the issue and came over and spoke to us never happened, and still left a great tip. Maybe certain people only get certain treatment, I don't know. This why I don't go out much to eat due these types of issues among other things, and I heard many complaints of how things have changed drastically in eating out anymore. It's a shame because it's a very nice atmosphere.
