We like ordering dinner from this location via Door Dash. The food is delicious and always hot. They provide a generous portion of fries that are well cooked and crispy. The burgers are never greasy. My favorite meal is the lettuce wrapped bacon cheeseburger. I like the bun-less option. I highly recommend this store!

We've been getting burgers from Five Guys for over 20 years. Their patties used to be super thick and juicy. Now they're paper thin and dry, basically no better than McDonald's but twice the price. The last time we ordered burgers they were so thin they literally had holes in them.
Save yourself $10 and go buy some frozen patties at the grocery store for $1 each. Any of them will be better than what Five Guys is serving these days.

Five Guys has some of the best fries around. Whenever we’re craving something salty and indulgent, this is our go-to spot. I even stop by sometimes just for fries. That said, we always ask for them well done ... otherwise, they come out a little undercooked. When they’re crisp and golden, though, they’re hard to beat.
I usually skip the burgers. The company gets an F for its antibiotic use in beef, which is disappointing. They taste great, sure, but I’d feel a lot better if they used higher-quality, antibiotic-free meat. It’s 2025, this should be standard by now.
On the bright side, the staff here is consistently friendly, and the manager goes out of their way to be helpful. You can tell they treat their team well. There’s noticeably less turnover compared to other fast-casual places.

If I could rate the service 100 out of 10, I absolutely would. Not only was the food delicious and the staff incredibly kind, but they truly went above and beyond to help us in a moment of need.
We were traveling from Europe through New York to Washington, D.C., and stopped in for a bite to eat. That’s when we realized we urgently needed to print a parking permit for our accommodation in D.C.—on a Sunday. Being tourists, we hadn’t realized that most printing services in the U.S. are closed on Sundays.
The staff immediately jumped in to help, offering several suggestions, but unfortunately, all the options turned out to be closed. That’s when Jared, our unexpected hero, stepped in. With a warm smile and a calm attitude, he offered to print the document for us himself.
Jared didn’t just save the day—he made our trip. His kindness, problem-solving, and incredible hospitality left a lasting impression. Not only did he serve up great food and run an excellent store, but he also reminded us what true customer service looks like.
Thank you, Jared and the whole team—from four very grateful (and formerly lost) tourists. We’ll always remember your good deed.

There are 2 reasons I deducted a star: 1. Price - They are a bit on the expensive side, although everything on the menu is excellent. 2. Fries - The fries are good but too greasy. By the time I got home, the grease from the fries leaked through the paper bag and onto my clothes. However, all that aside, the staff are super friendly, professional, and courteous. The burgers melt in your mouth!!! Superb! I am addicted to these darn things! Lol!
