The cookies weren’t that great. Tasted like regular dry packaged cookies

On two separate occasions I was considering ordering from this place but both times the girl behind the counter was glued to her phone and barely looked up to notice I was glancing at the menu and both times she had a look on her face like she didn’t want to be bothered.

Update in response to owner- if I wasn’t open minded I wouldn’t have tried to go back again. I understand everyone is going through their own stuff but when someone is constantly on their phone and shows no regard to customers trying to order it turns me away. I also noticed it’s never busy when I go there probably for that reason. I’m posting this review to help customers and you. Shouldn’t matter how I go about about contacting you.

Cookies are delicious!! My boyfriend and I stop here everytime we’re in the mall. And the lady at the register was lovely. Service is incredible!!

I saw this in the Mall earlier today and I told the young lady that we would be back. Well we went back and before
we left we ordered 3 cookies 2 chocolate chip and a vanilla cookies & cream. Well now to the details. 1st the cookies were NOT freshly made. They tasted like they were made a couple days ago. I would expect a freshly butter tasting cookie that makes me want to come back for more! My verdict I won't be back. My niece and my granddaughter were highly disappointed. My granddaughter is a chocolate chip fanatic and this just turned her off completely. Sorry when you bake and sell please make sure it is FRESH! I could have brought a bag of Tate's cookies and had an add'l 7$ to get some ice cream. Also where were the chocolate chips at? I gave this a 2 star because the young lady sat there for hours without sales and still pushed through!

Hands down delicious cookies ? ? ! So soft and moist and great flavors. I had the carrot ? cake with cream cheese filling and my friend had snickerdoo which she said were also delicious ! Great job and African American owned
