I've been wanting to try Jersey Mike's but we didn't have a location close to where I live. Had an appt out this way, last week, and was so glad to see a shop just a minute from where we were. First time ever, and it was a great visit! I had no idea that the subs were made to order .. and I mean, fresh cut meat and cheese, while you wait. I was like a giddy little kid at seeing that. All the condiments were fresh and the sandwich area was near immaculate. The gal that made my cold sub was so friendly, and welcoming, especially when we'd said we were first-timers. Our order was the Jersey shore favorite w/American cheese, The Veggie, {to go} and the cheesesteak {Mike's Famous Philly} The Jersey shore was so delicious! But I was kind of coveting that Cheesesteak that my stepmom got.. it's next on my list! Even while we sat and ate, the 2 women working were steady cleaning the counters, and the prep areas, as well as restocking and topping off the ingredients. Such hard workers who care about their store. The reputation of this store was clearly a good one because, everyone who came in after us, seemed to know the staff, and were very personal with them. Lots of regulars, which is very telling.

4/16/25 @5:07 pm I ordered a chicken cheese steak Chipotle. I get this sandwich everytime I come always delicious( at other locations) I get all the way home and I have a cheese steak. Cheese just tossed on the sandwich not melted, 1 pepper. Complete wrong sandwich and the wrong sandwich not even made correctly. Completely disgusting. I was going to call store but what's the point when I can't get back to the store now or never again at this point. I should of known it was wrong and disgusting when the cashier said to the person who made it. Wow never seen a cheese steak made that fast. Wish I would of caught her name. 1st and last time at this location. Never again.

Every time I come here I have a great experience with the staff. Today I went and this girl was incredibly rude for no reason. Really disappointed. Will not be going back to that location

There was an employee who was obviously under the weather making sandwiches. Not sure why that employee didn’t just wear a mask instead of sniffling over people’s sandwiches. I did get sick after that experience…. Coincidental probably not.

Food is great. It’s a shame the customer service is appalling. Could not believe how rudely I was spoken to by the male employee slicing the meat while ordering a simple sandwich with no one else in line. Will not be returning to this location ever again. Employer should require customer service training for all employees.
