There was an employee who was obviously under the weather making sandwiches. Not sure why that employee didn’t just wear a mask instead of sniffling over people’s sandwiches. I did get sick after that experience…. Coincidental probably not.

Food is great. It’s a shame the customer service is appalling. Could not believe how rudely I was spoken to by the male employee slicing the meat while ordering a simple sandwich with no one else in line. Will not be returning to this location ever again. Employer should require customer service training for all employees.

Day after day, week after week; this Jersey Mikes location is by far the best. Gina, Pete, and Mark are amazing staff who create a friendly atmosphere. I never had looked forward to lunch before I started coming here...thanks guys for being awesome!!
