Walked in today and the guy had no personality. Extremely rude and never smiled. If you wanna run a business try training your staff. Will not return. Horrible customer service.
I would Like to Recommend Luna Y Sol. Friendly staff ,great food ,good prices ,nice cozy atmosphere, delicious Horchata‘s😋. I will definitely be going back!
Ordered online at 7:51 and was given a pick up time of 8:25. Went at at 8:25 and waited a few minutes before an employee asked if I was being helped. I replied I’m here to pick up and order and gave them my name. After a few minutes I was told 5 more minutes, I said “no problem”. After 10 minutes I asked another employee if my order could be checked on. I’m now 15 min past pick up time and was told 10 more minutes because one of the dishes still wasn’t ready.
