Will not be going back! New owners and they completely took the manhattan bagel vibes away! The food is extremely skimpy and they don’t know what they are doing. My order was completely messed up. We have been coming here for years and always loved the atmosphere of the employees and the quality of the food. They also had a family vibe. They are going to loose a lot of business because of this because the word is already circulating and people are not happy with this change. They need to change the name because this is not the Manhattan bagel we know

Don’t know if it’s the new management but 4 times I had a bad experience first 3 times I place my order online and say steak egg and cheese and every time it’s made into a bacon egg and cheese and the last time I don’t know how they made my sandwhich but it was sweet and covered in grease or butter but the place went down hill

Everything bagel had little Everything. The bacon was barely visible as ND thin. Went 1 week ago and asked how many pieces of pork roll they gave, said 4, previous owner fave 5. Today 3 small so thinly cut it might equal 1 and a half piece. Protein bar was so disappointing. Raisin. Barely any juts. Previous owner had a real hearty bar. So disappointed. Will go elsewhere.

I honestly dont know know what happened to this place? i wanna say like 2 months or so the quality of food. the customers service has went so bad. 2 times i ordered food and got stale uncooked bagels? i call and no one seems to know what i am saying and they keep handing the phone to other people? what the heck happened to this place i will NEVER give this place my money ANY longer

Something has changed within the last 2 or 3 months with either management or the people who are now cooking, taking orders and quality of food. This was one of my go to places. I will not be returning. I gave them 2 chances and today was the last time I will eat from this Manhattan bagel location in Maple Shade, New Jersey. Please do better.
I really want to like this spot, it's not far from my house, so I get to get some exercise in by walking instead of driving. BUT, the customer service is good. However, an underlying tone permeates the place. On more than 3 occasions, I've ordered sandwiches 🥪 that's sound delicious, and as I've had my mind and stomach prepared, I was highly disappointed.
It's Un-American to charge me $8 plus dollars for a pastrami egg and cheese sandwich. And you put 1, ONE freaking slice of pastrami on the dang sandwich. At first, I thought it was an oversight. Maybe they're rushed or overwhelmed. But nope. It happened on more than 3 occasions.
Listen my cuteness, melanin, humor, nor military 🪖 status (Proud Veteran of 2 branches) should NOT be the criteria for whether or not you're gonna be honest with me and give me what I just paid you for in good measure!!!
That just chaps my butt. I don't know if this atmosphere of that is from the staff or from management. And, I have too many important things in my life to have to worry about, than if today is the day I'm gonna be cheated and my stomach disappointed. 🤔☹️
But, I'm done giving chances, and I wish Manhattan Bagel 🥯 luck in this new F.A.F.O. (eff around and find out) season of 2024/2028. 🫡

Oh my... I'm a bit addicted to the 'Ellis Island ' sandwich. I just tried it with the everything bagel.. OH ..MY .. GGG.... I'm sorry it took me so long to ask for it that way! Anyway, I sometimes wish they were open later in the day ... But someone's gotta get up early to make the bagels... Am I right?!?
