Chicken was quite gross. You can tell that the chicken was fried in the same oil the fish was, therefore the chicken tasted awfully fishy. The texture of the chicken was VERY slimy. They may have tried to rehydrate it with water or something but the chicken was absolutely disgusting. Between the texture of the chicken and the taste of the chicken, it made it inedible. If you like fishy slimy chicken I would recommend.The only reason this deserves one star is because of the cornbread, the star of the show. Shame they give you such a little piece of it.Staff were kind and friendly.TIP: Fry the chicken and fish in different oils.

Ordered food the Mac & cheese was extremely salty couldn’t eat it. The stuffing was really sweet. The fried chicken and potato salad was good. Don’t think I will order from this restaurant again.

MMT Kitchen is where it’s at!! I’ve waited so long for this place to open. So happy they opened a soul food spot in the mall especially because there’s not many choices to choose from. The entire staff is amazing and very nice. Food was perfect!! My favorite are the smothered turkey wings with a side of greens and mac. Every week they have specials, so y’all gotta check them out?

Food was extremely salty, overcooked and pretty pricey. Maybe I just went on a bad day, but I'll pass trying again. I pretty much threw my meal in the garbage. I couldn't stomach the salty greens, mushy macaroni and over dry overcooked fried chicken. I was excited to see a soulfood spot.... but once I tried their food, extremely disappointed. The staff seemed pretty friendly, that's why i gave a star.
