As a barista myself, it can be hard to find a cozy coffee shop to write in on my days off but Palms Coffee Club delivers on all fronts. The staff is so friendly and so helpful, the coffee and tea are both delicious, the atmosphere is so pleasant. I'm so happy to have a place to hang out on my downtime!

My first time at this coffee shop and I couldn’t be happier for choosing to grab myself a coffee. I was greeted with such kindness from both staff and the lady (forgot her name) who I spoke with helped me decide what kind of coffee I should get since I don’t get coffee often. She was not only kind and helpful but attentive and patient with answering any questions I had. I also tried a bagel with cream cheese which was delicious. Her coworker did the perfect amount of cream cheese which I was grateful for since I hate when other places choose to do way too much where it overpowers the bagel. I was also very impressed with their flavor of the month! I Highly recommend trying this spot if you haven’t already. I will definitely be returning. I’m Intrigued to see what next month’s flavor will be!

A bright light in a cold, half empty (hopefully not dying) mall. You don’t see places like this much anymore - cozy places where the owner knows you by name and wants to learn all about how you like your coffee. Clearly, this place is a labor of love that wants to make in person, friendly customer service cool again. Skip the Starbucks drive thru and come sit down here, hang out and help keep this small business going.

The smell of fresh brewed coffee led me here!! I was not disappointed, I had a large Toasted marshmallow iced cappuccino and it was outstanding!!! This place gives Starbucks a run for the money!!!!!Try the Monkeybones icecream too!!! Delicious!!!-

I just had the best iced mocha latte I’ve ever had before and I’m so grateful. I only come to this mall every few months for my haircuts, but every time I will be stopping here to get a coffee and a blueberry muffin. Service was excellent. I didn’t catch her name but the woman who made my coffee and checked me out was very nice and is obviously great at making coffee!

While standing outside of this store about 30 ft away I was told that I have to remove myself from the premises while talking on my phone to my mother and my doctor I am not an ignorant low class individual I was not doing anything threatening to these people I was sent almost threatened the way from the location by a bald headed African man that was sent by his wife this is very ignorant and very low class I don't know who these people think that they are but such matter should not be tollerated by other people the people should not have to deal with such things
