I went and had a terrible experience. Their customer service is a disgrace and I will not be back. I went and ordered a sandwich (I had to make an account just to order the sandwich). After ordering and paying, they tell me they don’t have the bread for my sandwich but they could offer something else which is was a price difference. Instead of accommodating me, I watched them make someone else a sandwich with the same bread in my face. I asked several times for different options, a bigger slice of bread to match the price, or anything really. They only offered a refund and told me I would have to reorder? Why if I paid and nothing was announced about the lack of supply until after I paid, that’s not my fault and I should not have to wait for a refund and spend more of MY money for a mistake they made as an establishment. I am so disappointed, never been treated this way, & will NEVER come back to this location again.

Most of the time when I go it’s ok. The food is decent. Sometimes they are working on the drink area so it’s impossible to get lemonade and the soup is cold. I told the manager she blamed contactless ordering, that it was sitting there but I placed the order in the parking lot just before walking in. I get that things happen but instead of apologizing and just fixing it she placed the blame on me for it sitting. Would I go back ? Probably. The food isn’t terrible and it’s clean.

went to lunch with a pal. I ate wild rice soup and cream of chicken. The French onion soup was consumed by my spouse. The soup bowls arrived steaming and accompanied with freshly baked bread. They were both delicious.

EWW- I wonder what else they’re negligent with … CONTEXT: I am not local to this area. Anytime that I order from this Panera bread, I am driving a minimum of 30 minutes back home. Two weeks ago my mother had an operation, and requested Panera bread soup Post-op. It wasn’t until I got home, That I realized her was nowhere within the bag. I had to drive 35 minutes to and from, AGAIN, just to get the soup. They gave me an extra soup, but I spent $10 more in gas at that point. I was told “my bad”.
Today, I had a surgery And ask my mom to pick me up some Panera for my post-op. The Mac and Cheese & (bread/apple) are missing. At this point, I’ll just stop eating Panera- especially this one. I woke TOO HARD & In this Terrible Economy to have a multi million dollar corporation stealing money from me.
Like other comments- This location is negligent and the customer pays the price every single time. Chic-fil-a , has 5x the amount of customers yet i’ve never received a faulty order from them- so I don’t get it.
Considering this is now TWICE in a row and both after medical procedures- I would not order from here again. Panera is already expensive as is- I shouldn’t have to pay extra $$ in gas to come back to rectify their mistakes. Could’ve went to Mcdonald's for this.

Ordered delivery on 4/17 around 6pm and there were multiple things wrong with the order and it just doesn’t seem like anyone took the time to make it right/correct it
1- didn’t receive avocado on my sandwich (+$1.69) and was messily made, plus the pickle packed with it tasted old
2- my partners salad was messily made and didn’t include the double chicken we paid for (+$3.29 making it an almost $20 salad)
3- didn’t receive the side of mac and cheese i paid for
but don’t worry we got a third baguette for some reason 🙄 at least everything still tastes good
First time at this location. Delicious, like all the others.

I got my favorite broccoli cheddar soup. It's usually thick and creamy and nice and hot. Today it was as thin as water and barely Luke warm. Very disappointed
