My family and I came here plenty of times with no problems but today that has changed.. We came here for breakfast and we been here since 10:30am it’s almost 12 and haven’t been served as I watched 6 waitresses cater to tables that only been in the building for 3 minutes how does that even make sense?! if your here to enjoy and have the patience to wait almost two hours then good but no thank you. Grace the name has changed but the service has also! So we left! Not only the service but the table we were placed in WASN’T CLEAN Unacceptable

I come to stacks all the time. My family loves it here. We love the staff who guarantee us excellent service! Food always comes out hot and the wait times are always prompt. 10/10 recommend this place to all my friends and family!
My brother and I stopped by Stacks yesterday for the first time. The lobby was crowded, but we got in pretty fast. Our server Molly was on point, and made our first experience a great one. The premium platter we ordered was a great - it had a little bit of everything! I enjoyed the pot of coffee that comes with every cup - no need to chase down the server for refills. We will definitely be back soon!!

I waited a while to be seated due to the place being really busy. Once I was seated all I received was a menu to stare at for a long while. I watched other tables around me get served before me. So I headed over to Red Lobster in Delran and received fast and friendly service by Shawn who saved the day.

I'd give zero stars if I could. We waited almost two hours today to be served. Other tables were served around us. Waiter never asked what we wanted to drink, have we been helped or anything. I thought I'd give this place another chance but nope we won't be back!

Surprisingly good, reasonable prices, pleasant wait staff. I'm trying a new omelet each time, have issues with gluten and dairy. Can't find fault with anything. Breakfast or a late brunch. I shouldn't spread the word, there won't be space for my group next time.
