I was 3rd in line and I waited 14 minutes to place and receive my order- large gelati. The young lady that was working the window was not supported by the two other employees who were cleaning and arguing about cleaning. There were 4 people behind me. I also could. It scan the app for rewards because they were not scanning. I was told it was down. Not the best service.

Hate to say it, but if a place is employed with mostly teens, expect weird attitudes. This blonde kid was so rude with how he took my order. Like sorry for bothering you I think? I asked if they had pup cups twice. I was ignored. When I asked again he responds “uhhhhhh sure?” Like is this really a dumb question to ask? I’m curious! Then he doesn’t even give it to me. My bf stands there a couple minutes waiting & the guy just never comes back up. Had to remember he is probably like 17 before getting ghetto. Thankfully there is another Ritas nearby.

I would strongly advise others to avoid the trouble associated with this location and instead use the Rita’s located at the Moorestown Mall. I have run into numerous issues on multiple occasions over the past few weeks at this location due to lack of training and poor customer service. Today, I was overcharged by for multiple items I purchased by staff members DJ and Gabby. I ordered two small misto shakes, a large misto shake, and a small water ice but was incorrectly overcharged $1.40 extra on the two small beverages and nearly 0.75 cents higher on the large beverage, the staff ringing all the beverages up as concretes which were priced significantly higher. On top of that, I was asked at least 5 times by staff to repeat my order which was quite frankly ridiculous seeing there was a notepad sitting in the window. Upon looking at my receipt and seeing that I was overcharged, I informed the Gabby of such. She apologized and stated that the boy she was working alongside, DJ, told her to ring up my items simply as concretes then proceeded to ask me again what I ordered. I empathize with the staff, as they do appear to be sweet individuals but the repeated issues that occur are unacceptable and disappointing, I will not be returning again.
I took a walk with my little one earlier to get some ice-cream. It was nice she loved it, plus we got to sit outside and enjoy the weather
