Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I ordered a gelati and it was fine but they barley added any custard on it, they might as well have just given me a regular Italian ice.

This location ( the cashier Jake in particular) very horrible service!!!! Not only was I not greeted upon me ordering. He served me 3 pretzels that were so hard. It would have broke my tooth if I tried to bite it. Then had the nerve to have an attitude because I asked for a refund and the original receipt ( which I never received). Didn’t even attempt to offer me fresh pretzels. Seems to me that he needs to find another line of work because customer service is not his strong suit.

Ordered an Italian flight and a Mango Gelati. The water ice arrived fast. However, the flight was completely missing and the gelati was the wrong size and flavor. I called the store and they said that there was nothing they could do about it. No offers or accommodations to fix the issue. I wouldn’t order delivery from them.

Go for the Swedish fish ice. That's their best flavor.

5 stars for the water ice but 1 star for the service. I went at 830 (they close at 9) and there worker acted like I was inconveniencing her by making her stop washing dishes to take my order. She was very rude.

I wish I could give the otherwise closed for the seasons Rita's more stars but unfortunately a selfish employee wouldn't serve me. I came to the moorestown mall looking for my fix for moondogs grill and a Rita's gelatti. I made it to the food court 15 minutes before closing and ordered from the first consession then turned to Rita's where the younge girl employee was about to scoop herself a quart sized take home and asked can I have a mint chocolate chip gelatt? With lights still on and the pretzels still spinning in their warmer she says I'm sorry but we are closed. Confused I say don't you close at 9 it's only 8:45? her response shocked the hell out of me mostly because she was still holding her take out container in her hand. Well we have alot to clean up so we have to close earlier! I couldn't believe It seriously??!! But I bet she found the time to scoop out her favorites too bad Rita's could have made a few more dollars to add to today's earnings but instead probably lost more by this employee's generosity to herself instead of the business. Terrible
