Food was amazing I would’ve deff giving it five stars !!! The only thing is that the menu online can be a tad bit deceiving showing two sliders and French fries and a coke for 11.50 online when I got there it was 16.50 . When asked about the price change she said it was for two sliders but online it showed that price change. So they just took away one slider and gave me just one slider combo. Again food was amazing but the lack of updating your menus and photos it can be tricky when advertising for that price for those items and then find out it’s FALSE PRICE .

Food is not bad but the prices have gone up substantially over the last 5 years. You pay sit down restaurant prices for basically basic cafeteria type environment. Not a fan of plastic takeout containers for sit down meals. That said, the wings & special teas are good, I feel that they americanize some dishes. As someone said, too bad there aren't more Korean restaurants nearby. If you have a craving and don't want to travel, this is basically your only choice.

It’s really so sad that this is pretty much the only Korean restaurant in Monmouth county. They skimp you so much on protein in all their dishes. And despite the owners seeming to be Korean, the food doesn’t taste like real Korean cooking.Everything is so skimpy and is made from instant made packages. The tofu soup is so sad, I could cook it better myself from the package they sell at hmart.The friend chicken doesn’t compare to real Korean fried chicken.The buldak is such a joke here.Again, it makes me so sad that the only Korean restaurant in Monmouth county is this place .
I LOVE BULBAP. The rice bowls taste amazing,and are very spicy but still soo good. My husband and I like to get one pork and one chicken and share them! Definitely recommend it, this is the place that has made me love kimchi! Highly recommend ordering from here.Edit: Rereviewing after 2 years because again I LOVE THIS BULBAP! The food is always good, they’re consistent and the people who work here are amazing. They’re so nice, I mean look at the very cute note. I love eating here or picking up food for the whole family. The pork and chicken rice bowls are super yummy and no they do not skimp on the meat! Add some kimchi to any rice bowl and it adds some tangy yummy heat to my food.
The food is absolutely incredible. My husband and I look forward to the nights we order. Wings are a MUST! The beef dumplings and sliders are another must order. The bowls are plentiful and very fresh. Bulbap is a must must must try if you haven’t before. The service is always warm, welcoming and friendly. One of our favorite neighborhood restaurants. Thanks Yong, Jeff & Kelly for keeping us well fed!
