They had an amazing menu with a wide array of different options. After scouring the internet and getting quotes from a few vendors. I decided to use DRJ Catering for a corporate event. From the very beginning, I knew I was in good hands. David and Regina were very easy to work with and communicative about the event. I decided on the traditional BBQ with a seafood buffet as an opening course. The food was a hit, especially the ribs and wings! David's assistants went above and beyond their duties with helping to clear dishes and the garbage during the event and bringing everything to the dumpster which was a bit away from the event site. I could not recommend DRJ Catering more and will definitely use them for future event!

The family gathering began with appetizers which included perfectly-sized crab cakes and clams on the half shell which were shucked in front of my guests. The entrees, pulled pork, brisket, and large grilled shrimp, were done to perfection. And of course, everyone had to have seconds of the creamy Mac’ and cheese. Everything moved smoothly thanks to David’s competence and patience as well as his guidance in determining the necessary rentals. The staff served the guests with smiles and did a very thorough job packaging the leftovers and cleaning up. DRJ exceeded my expectations and definitely get a 5-star rating from me and my guests.

We hired DRJ Catering for our son's first birthday party. The owners, David and Regina have a great reputation, so going with DRJ for our celebration was an easy choice! We went with a Hawaiian Luau BBQ theme and pig roast, and David made it so easy to customize the food menu to our liking.
On the day of our event, Regina arrived early to prep and set up. She made sure all of the food and serving stations were ready for our guests to enjoy exactly on time. She and her staff were extremely organized, accommodating, and professional. The flow of the food service could not have been smoother for our guests. Throughout our party, so many people came up to me with rave reviews of the food. They loved the variety of offerings and thought it was all so delicious and beautifully presented.

I just hosted an engagement party at my house. They catered a pig roast and it was so good, there were no leftovers. Even non pork eating people ate the pork. It was amazing. The staff is friendly, polite, and wonderful. This is our 3rd time using them and we will never use anyone else.

What an amazing caterer ! Our wedding food was absolutely amazing . We chose a menu that was very non traditional and these guys knocked it out of the park !! The ribs, brisket and pulled pork were absolutely top notch ! The entire menu we ordered was a huge hit with all our guests ! We were given sooo much food for the money.
