I just hosted an engagement party at my house. They catered a pig roast and it was so good, there were no leftovers. Even non pork eating people ate the pork. It was amazing. The staff is friendly, polite, and wonderful. This is our 3rd time using them and we will never use anyone else.

What an amazing caterer ! Our wedding food was absolutely amazing . We chose a menu that was very non traditional and these guys knocked it out of the park !! The ribs, brisket and pulled pork were absolutely top notch ! The entire menu we ordered was a huge hit with all our guests ! We were given sooo much food for the money. No one could possibly be disappointed with DRJ catering. Quality vs price is outstanding.... second to none.

( OMG; especially that Ancho Chili Fig sauce! lol! ) Which was one of many and they were all good ! Actually salivating as I speak! Can’t wait to dive into the left overs; cause my golly; there was tons of food! Everyone in fact went home with left overs just as I was hoping! Always available to answer my questions and they were patient with us as we worked together to finalize our plans. From set up to break down they were superbly professional and diligent. DRJ provided an incredibly memorable Luau experience for our Daughter's graduation party. David and Regina's communication, punctuality and attention to detail are second to none. From initial contact to VERY detailed menu planning to set up and execution every question answered with patience and detail.
The day of the party, the team arrived ahead of schedule and hit the ground running. Appetizer prep and pig roast set up started immediately. The agreed upon timeline was managed without a hitch. After passed apps, attention turned to dinner prep. DRJ provided a tented luau themed buffet set up that did not disappoint! The food, service, and atmosphere provided was all fantastic!
At the end of the evening, the team's attention to detail and the state of the property cannot be understated. At the time the party was complete, you could not tell they were ever there with the exception of the smiles on our guests faces. The team was impeccable with the cleaning and maintenance of the spaces at our home.
In closing, we cannot wait for another occasion to bring DRJ back!
