Truly can not say enough nice things. We used DRJ for our wedding and it was PERFECT. They were incredibly detail oriented, flexible, creative, and of course delicious! They had an amazing menu with a wide array of different options. Their fried chicken was to die for (everything was but I’m eating left over fried chicken as we speak so that’s just what’s on my mind). Highly recommend DRJ!
After scouring the internet and getting quotes from a few vendors. I decided to use DRJ Catering for a corporate event. From the very beginning, I knew I was in good hands. David and Regina were very easy to work with and communicative about the event. I decided on the traditional BBQ with a seafood buffet as an opening course. The food was a hit, especially the ribs and wings! David's assistants went above and beyond their duties with helping to clear dishes and the garbage...
