I love this place and coming here with my friends, the fact people can customize the walls is also a good idea to make it more cozy for customers. Only complaint is the sugar free chocolate syrup never works.

When you walk in you’re greeted with three trash cans which are there for Rush Hour. However, later in the evening there were none available. The owner didn't seem happy and didn't have any solution when I asked why theirs no garbages. It seemed as though the smell of the garbage at the door makes sense. The original sour yogurt the owner actually gave us a Macaroon set for it being bad. This time the reason the cup left behind due to the machine spilling on the handle and not coming out which was told to the onsite person working (i think owner) - There are no napkins at the machines either - Referring to waste control, I. can imagine packaging is high - thats another reason to offer a garbage in the back, or you have to hand out the cups one by one.
Customer Service is poor, the froyo is halfway decent but when it comes to speaking with your customers i think a team traning might be good on soft skills. We both spoke about the trash in person, i am not sure what the conflict was since there weren't any options in the back. When you were notified you stormed off. Reviews aren't here against you, its just what we happened to run into this past evening.

The yogurt was quite nice. It was a bit crowded but emptied out after a large group left. There are many unique topings, the staff is sociable, and they even gave us this string stuf to make temporary art on the walls with! (Plus color changing spoons!)

The owner, Denise is really sweet, frozen yogurt was delicious too. Went with my daughter and she loved it as well. Wide varieties of toppings and just such a good place overall.
