Went over and walked in and instead of saying can I help you. We were greeted with. This table is reserved. We didn’t even get past the entry. The owner asked if we had a reservation and I replied no , I did not know we needed one. We asked if we could put a chair at one of the tables that were empty and she gave us a look of are your kidding.
Just looked at her and said we will go elsewhere. Customers should not be treated that way.
The last time we were there the food was good and the service then was very nice. I don’t know what happened. But they have changed.

I've been hearing a lot of buzz about how good the food is here, especially the crumb cake. Went in today and enjoyed a scrumptious piece of homemade crumb cake that absolutely did NOT disappoint! Will definitely be going back. Everything looked fantastic and the owner and staff are very nice!

We ordered a birthday cake last week from Guzzo’s. Not only was it decorated beautifully, but was also very, very delicious. The buttercream was so fluffy and the cake was so moist. I will be getting all my cakes from Guzzo’s .thank you so much.
