I just had a great experience thanks to the lady working today, Bhavna. I placed an order through the mobile app yesterday, but the woman working called me to let me know they were out of the ingredients and she would refund my transaction. The refund never came through. So I stopped by today and Bhavna called her manager to let them know what happened and she made things right by promptly making me the drink I ordered yesterday. 5 out of 5 I'll definitely be stopping by here frequently!
