Overpriced for the amount of food, although great service and great place to hang out with friends

This is a lovely tea room however I missed having scones and clotted cream. The food served was delicious. I was stunned at the bill because the large gratuity was already applied. I like to gauge service myself. With that, a service charge ? and tax I paid $70 in addition to the meal charge.

This is a tiny tea house in midtown. Food was excellent. Ambiance was excellent. Service was really bad. Server was on their phone, rarely looked up and never checked in us. Overall, it was very slow. We say for 30+ minutes without any tea. We had to flag them down for anything that we needed (the check, milk for the tea, a spoon...yes, the tea was served without a spoon?!). I would give them a second chance, hoping the server had an off day.

Waitress was rude. Tea was disappointing. Space was horrible. Owner was snobby on the phone pricing lessons with someone and not aware of her surroundings or other people's comfort. There was no proper tea etiquette there at all

This is the biggest scam of all time. DO NOT GO HERE. $300+ for tea and desserts that tasted like it came from something youd buy at the grocery store and tea bags from the grocery store. The teapots leak and the utensils and plates etc looked cheap and were DIRTY. Salad that tasted like it came from a prepackaged bag and they added a automatic gratuity even though we poured our own tea. They brought they food out and then was never seen again, there was no service and yet they charged $50 automatic gratuity, a 4% service fee, and a new york fee. Plates and silverware were not clean and this place is genuinely the biggest scam. We wanted to go to a place similar to Tiffanys tea room but this IS NOT THE PLACE. It was the same price per person nearly but was the worst tea and food I have ever had. There is no “award winning macaroons” and everything mustve been storebought. food was so dry it could barely go down my throat. I couldve made it better myself.

Had a great tea party with my daughters! the tea was delish. Vanessa made great recommendations. They also had gluten free options for my mom. It was a great little place with pink christmas decor. So cute! would go back!

I had high hopes after seeing pics online of this small tea house. Huge disappointment. When called to confirm the reservation I was told were would not be allowed to order ala carte - only the Breakfast Tea. I should have canceled the reservation, but held it against my better judgment. Upon arriving, we were happy with the decor. It was very pretty. However, that's all I can say that is good. The food was rushed. No sooner was one course delivered, the next followed immediately. At one point there wasn't any room left on the table for what the server was giving us. the food was subpar. The fruit cup appeared to be days old. The pastries appeared/tasted like they purchased a box of snacks from a local grocery store. Nothing appeared or tasted like they had baked it on premises. Then. The. Bill. Arrived! I nearly fell off my chair! $200 for two people for a few croissants and 2-bite desserts! We will never return, which is a huge misfortune, as my daughter and I love to share a cup of tea when in midtown.

I called the restaurant the day before and left a voice mail because no one picked up to cancel the appointment. Regardless it charged me $100

We were very disappointed by the Parisian tea room. After seeing their reservation policy we figured it would be high end and popular. The place was very small and completely empty. Quite honestly we could have left if it wasn't for the $50 missed reservation fee. The food did not match the price and the portion sizes were quite small. We took a lot of time looking at the menu and the waitress was clearly fed up with us. We will not be returning.

Perfect to celebrate my daughter's upcoming early teen birthday. The two of us enjoyed a lovely high tea meal together with a few delicious and thoughtful surprises. Everything was exquisitely prepared and presented, and we loved chatting with our waitress in the gorgeous and comfortable space. Loved the whole vibe. My daughter even highlighted some of the pastries were spot on with what she experienced during her Paris residency—high praise there. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Cute space, poor location, and poor value for your money. There are more worthy afternoon tea places in the city.

We had a wonderful meal, and Vanessa was very attentive. The Du Hammam tea was excellent. Our desserts were freshly made. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and esthetics too.

We had the most wonderful time celebrating our mom's birthday at the Parisian Tea Room! We felt so welcomed and taken care of. The service was AMAZING! The space was beautifully decorated. We felt like princesses. Thank you for making this birthday so memorable. We will definitely come back again! Cheers!

Very disappointed about the food. Expensive for what they offer, the $7.5 cappuccino was a joke.
