This might be one of the worst Chick-fil-A's I've ever been to. They forgot part of my order, the bun was stale, the chicken was like half the size that it normally is.
Maybe you all should slow down opening new restaurants until you can figure out how to keep the ones that you already have running at the quality and expectation that has made you famous. Or you can just follow in the footsteps of every other big burger chain that just told the consumer to go scratch because you've beat out all the other competition and you don't really care about the consumer at all.
We placed a delivery order at 3:01 with delivery by 4:23.At 4:27 order was started. But they had no problem charging my card at 3:15. If you can’t deliver ay a promised time, than don’t give a time. Far from fast food and was not a pleasure!

The place was good when it opened, but the last few times through the drive through have been bad: they forgot my side of yogurt the last times, and this time I did receive a side of rude from the girl who took my order and when I got the order the guy seemed incapable of speaking - stood in the way and didn’t direct me when and where to move and the kinda nodded when I asked him if what he gave me was everything. I guess a nod up and down means “no.” Well it’s drive through so I guess I’m just supposed to accept that I’m screwed!
I normally do not rate fast food restaurants, but this one does deserve one. Their service was one of the quickest ever, and I’m super impressed. Also, the whole place was super clean and felt like a friendly environment to eat in.

This Chick-fil-A never disappoints. Fast and friendly service, neat and clean atmosphere, and most importantly, delicious and tasty food. We really love their spicy deluxe and chick-fil-a deluxe sandwiches along with their exclusive waffle potatoes fries.
