Employees are extremely rude for no reason. The restaurant was completely empty and I was told that I was 10 minutes early to pick up an order, which was not even remotely close to the actual truth. I don't mind waiting but there is absolutely no reason to be rude to a customer because you fell behind on orders. Either management needs to retrain the employees or management needs to be replaced because this type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

I asked for extra chicken, but there was barely any chicken in my order. The amount of chicken I received was very small and did not feel like extra at all. I expected more chicken, but instead I got almost nothing.
I also asked for extra rice, but there was barely any rice as well. The rice portion was very small and did not look any different from a normal portion. Just like the chicken, it felt like my request was ignored.
Overall, I did not get what I asked for. Asking for extra chicken and extra rice should mean noticeably more food, but that was not the case here. Because of this, the order was disappointing and not worth it.

I've always had issues with this location since 2018. The food quality is low compared to other locations and they are always under staffed. My last order was bland as if they forgot seasoning and the rice was barely cooked. During busy times, it could take longer than it should to place an order or even pick up an already placed order. In the end I love chipotle but my last trip two weeks ago reminded me why I don't visit this location.

The food is bland. I’m a regular costumer of chipotle in general. I’ve been to many locations around NJ. How can you go wrong with preparing the food when they have specific ingredients and measurements for each. I work nearby so I’ve tried the food here a few times and all those times the food comes out bland. They seriously need to hire Hispanic staff for the kitchen so they can properly add flavor.

I’ve been a regular Chipotle customer for years, but this location has consistently gone downhill over the past few months. Service has been slow and disorganized, and today was the final straw. Our order was made incorrectly, and correcting it took an unreasonable amount of time, with little urgency or communication from staff.

I have never left a bad review before but my experience at this Chipotle was so bad I have to. I was charged for something they didn’t have and waited 15+ minutes for a manager to come out for a refund. No apology and overall odd social interaction. It was weird.
I’m noticing a lot of people are saying the same and I’m wondering why corporate has not stepped in. We just moved to the area and love Chipotle but will travel to another so we don’t deal with this place again

Should have seen the poor ratings of this place before ordering here. I ordered online and reached that place on designated time (20 minutes after the order was placed) . I had to wait 50 minutes, 50 MINUTES!! the workers are very very slow. Did not see any sense of urgency at ALL. I blame the chipotle app. also to a large extent as perhaps there is no option to delay the order pick up time based on the order Que.

Food was good, but they’re stingy with it, give you very little of everything you ask & for it to be expensive when you don’t get a good portion of what you’re paying for is insane. Employees seem miserable. It’s like they don’t even want to serve. Rockaway chipotle is 10x better with everything.
