Food was good, but they’re stingy with it, give you very little of everything you ask & for it to be expensive when you don’t get a good portion of what you’re paying for is insane. Employees seem miserable. It’s like they don’t even want to serve. Rockaway chipotle is 10x better with everything.

Absolute worst chipotle I’ve ever stepped foot in. I waited 15 minutes for steak to come out just for them to tell me there was no more white rice or black beans coming any time soon. The worst part is there was barely anyone inside so there was zero excuse for there to not be any food on the line. Now I’m going back to work without lunch thanks to wasting 20 minutes here. I recommend avoiding this establishment and getting lunch elsewhere.

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
The service was shockingly poor and the staff were incredibly rude, carrying an attitude that made the whole visit even worse. To make matters worse, I specifically ordered a veggie bowl and found pieces of chicken in it. That is not just careless—it’s disrespectful and completely unacceptable, especially for someone who avoids meat.
I genuinely wish there were an option to leave a negative rating, because even one star feels far too generous for this place.

The manager is the worst. I was surprised to know that she's the manager. She had the worst attitude when making our food. I asked for queso and she didn't put it for some time so I kindly asked for queso again and she says I heard you with the biggest attitude I've ever seen. Next time I said something she didn't hear me so I didn't even say it again.
My sister asked for no lettuce and extra sour cream and she heard the opposite and put lettuce on her bowl and then when we told her we didn't want lettuce she took the lettuce off of the bowl with hands and shoved it in my bowl. At that point I couldn't help but laugh like it's crazy that's how we are treated.
Also gave me a stank stare while I was naming the ingredients I wanted one by one.
And to make matters worse, they put chicken in our veg bowl. We are fasting and she put chicken in it. I thought she heard what we wanted. Dumbest manager ever.

Walked in with my family but we split up into 2 groups and immediately the they have such an attitude. Place was empty yet they were still rushing us, the manager Shynasia was extremely rude and snarky. The place was unclean.
My sister is a vegetarian for religious and personal reasons and we found a piece of chicken in her food and when she when to tell them I saw the manager laughing in the corner.

Wish I read the reviews before going here. Agreed with all the other reviews, terrible service, terrible food, stale chips, and forbid they learn to pack the food. This was a 3 min ride home. Yes the first guy there was friendly, everybody else on the line, specifically the 2 mentioned in other reviews are horrendous. Go get another job if this this a burden for you. He could barely wrap a burrito, and was asking me what else I wanted on my bowl while I'm still ordering another entree. Lack of training and professionalism here. Will not return and do not recommend. Thankfully I had a BOGO so saved money on this terrible experience.

This location is the closest to my home, but after my recent experience, I no longer feel comfortable going there. A week or two ago, I visited and placed my usual order — a bowl without rice or beans, with guacamole added first, followed by double chicken and sour cream. I’ve had this order several times before with no issue.

However, during this visit, a cook abruptly interrupted the employee helping me with a loud and rude tone, saying, “Uh uh uh, you don’t do that,” referring to how the guacamole was being added. It was completely uncalled for. I politely asked what the issue was, and instead of calmly explaining any policy change, the cook raised their voice in front of everyone, making the whole situation uncomfortable and embarrassing.

The manager on duty, I believe named Devonte, did step in, but unfortunately wasn’t very helpful either. He repeated the same message, although in a more respectful tone.he asked me who was the one the served me the other times like that? I said how would I know, i don’t know employees working there lol I just been here 3-4 times because i just moved here. I’ve also always had it done this way at other locations and just get charged fine Guac whatever the price is. I understand if there’s a policy in place, but the way it was handled was completely unprofessional. The cook literally stopped cooking to get involved in my order , which made no sense, especially considering I was paying full price and not asking for anything extra for free. Why was he ear hustling my order ????

I even asked if I could get the guacamole cup serving and just add it to the bowl, and they still refused. I asked for the cook’s name and was told no, only the manager’s name was given. So since they didn’t want to give me the cooks name, the best I can describe him or her respectfully it was a man with a wig. There was zero willingness to accommodate or treat me respectfully.

I’ve never had an issue like this before, and I genuinely hope this can be addressed, because customers should never be made to feel humiliated or treated this poorly — especially over something so minor and fixable.

Worst chipotle ever. Staff is very rude especially the heavyset African American lady behind the counter. You ask for double chicken they barely give you any and roll their eyes when you ask.

do not go here!!! Came on 3/18/2025 and got food poisoning a few hours after finishing my food. Service was also terrible with workers standing around and not doing anything. Will not be coming back to this chipotle despite it being the closest one to where we live

Phenomenally bad at order fulfillment to the point that it's impressive. Absolutely never order pick up or delivery from this location, you can only guarantee you will have all your items made correctly if you watch them make it yourself. Even then, understand that you're rolling the dice on quality and availability. Every time I go back I kick myself for my optimism.

Worst chipotle location. Better off just driving to 46 in Parsippany which is also bad but this one makes it look amazing. Night time staff is trash and needs proper management

This Chipotle isn't that bad. Although they need to improve cleanliness and overall service but we had some really good experiences here. We always got generous portions, and the food always felt fresh.
