Been a fan of Chopt for a while now— the salads and wraps are always delicious! Had a mixup today where I was delivered the wrong order... the Morris Plains manager was extremely kind and made it right and then some! They are the best.

so sad because i always come here and love this place. but why does the chicken taste fishy and old :( i spent $16 on this warm bowl. you get more when you buy a salad for $12. almost $20 and idk what to do with my food because i don’t want to eat old chicken and be sick. this was my lunch for work so i guess i’ll he hungry for the rest of the work day.

Just stopped in the Morris Plains location - As someone who worked in customer service for 3 years I know it can be hard to keep morale up working around the holidays. Despite it being NYE, Darryl helped me out with a smile on his face. I live in the Midwest now so I don’t get to come to Chopt often so I’m always pleased to have a great experience when I can come in.

Karen and Tawan were amazing making sure food was exactly how we wanted. Helping us choose the best flavors for my salad. Love it. Really great communication about the extra charges so there is no confusion or surprise to the end result price. I will be back just because of these ladies.
