These guys genuinely cannot make coffee to save their lives. This is the only picture I have taken but please. I ordered two of the same exact drink yet these are not the same thing. Every single time I come here, I typically order two caramel iced lattes. One with whole milk, and one with skim milk. Thatās the only difference. Yet there has never been a time where we get two correct drinks. They either put skim in both, whole milk in both, and in rare cases no coffee just milk. This past week, I ordered three drinks. Two with whole milk and one with skim, and somehow they canāt even make the two of the same exact drink. Earlier this week they gave me three with whole milk. Itās truthfully mind blowing how bad they are at following directions. Iāve called multiple times and theyāve offered to compensate me (which for the record I donāt take them up on), and then tell me āit will never happen againā. Yet it happens every time.

This morning at Dunkinā Donuts, the store was clearly overwhelmed. The staff member in the blue Polo struggled to organize orders, causing long delays-especially for earlier pick ups. Orders were placed on the shelf without names being called, forcing everyone to search through bags, a better system and simple name announcements could greatly improve the experience.
Shoutout out to the lady in the hat - she was incredibly efficient and did an excellent job keeping things moving.

I've been buying multigrain bagels for over 13 years at various Dunkin locations around the country but the quality of those bagels at this location is possibly the best ever. Also the customer service provided by Chhabi and Parul for special orders is exceptional! Thank you!
