GReat burgers and fries. I tried the spicy chicken tenders today. They were TERRIBLE! Greasy, dry, and barely edible. I needed over ten napkins to suck up the grease. Stick to burgers.

Giving them 3 stars because the food is good but the service is slow and the price is high.Last time I ordered ahead of time (online) and waited 20 minutes before leaving to pick my order up; it takes about 7 minutes to get there. I got to SB and there were 6 other people waiting. It took an additional 25 minutes for my order to be ready.They seemed to be understaffed that night and normally my order is ready when I get there.SB seems to have become expensive as well... we ordered for 5 people: two burgers and three chicken sandwiches, three large fries, two milkshakes and one order of Brussel sprouts --> $81!! For $81, it it seems burgers and chicken is too much.

Picked up my order today and went to grab some ketchup that was adjacent to the order pick up area. The gentleman shouted at me saying I wasn’t allowed to get ketchup, that it was something only employees could do, asking me if I worked there. So incredibly rude. Won’t be back.

Of all the aspirational burger joints, this is the one for me. I like the shoestring fries with the aioli, and I just really like their single burger. To me BurgerFi is more show than substance, and just walking by a Five Guys can clog a coronary artery, sort of, if you hear what I'm saying. So Smashburger is the burger for me. You get to decide for yourself but at least give it a shot, huh?
Good food and service. Usually get the truffle mushroom swiss burger and the sweet potato fries.

Place is usually pretty good not today placed order over phone they put wrong order in then tell me i have to wait 15-20 mon for new chicken sandwich i wait they they give me rushed chicken sandwich literally just piece of chicken and bread and it literally only 3 people there including me so not even like they were busy smh poor service

Burger was good. Had the smash fries they were good.This location (Morris Plains) started serving food in the metal baskets again. The workers here are nice and do a good job.
