In this store the customer service is very bad. There is no attention. Their employees look apathetic and don't care about the customer at all. The waits are 10 to 15 minutes without anyone coming up to ask if you have been served. Honestly a horrible and desperate experience. I will never return to this place

I get gift cards for Starbucks regularly and cringe every time that I do. My gift cards are piling up because I haven’t been in over five years. I can’t stand going there because my experience has been that their employees are VERY rude. I don’t know what made me stop today but Jas(sp?) and Abby were great!!! I will gladly visit this Starbucks again if all of their employees are like these two. Thank you for such great service!!!
