Second time in just three weeks I purchased chicken sliced for scallopini and when I opened the package ( days before the date on the package) it was RANCID! Drove back the first time for a refund. Second time called but they were “unable to do anything”!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Are you no longer giving out rain checks in your Morris plains NJ store went in tonight to get some of your stuffed shells and the lady at courtesy desk goes we don’t give out rain checks any more and we stopped doing that 3 months ago is this true if so I never heard of a store not giving out rain checks you can’t stock the store for the entire sale but you have no problem telling customers to bad so sad you know this kind of thing is going to spread and your going to go...read full review
The quality of the goods is second to none. We catered our entire Thanksgiving dinner from the Shrewsbury location and it was top tier in all respects. It’s not just the Italian specialty items that are excellent, it’s the whole range of prepared foods. The meat and fish departments are like the neighborhood markets of my youth.
