40 North continually spams you with promo texts and emails regardless of how many times you unsubscribe ! I will never dine at one of your restaurants based on your underhanded promo practices!

Sexual harassment is very common within their restaurant management team. They do not seem to educate/train their managers about workplace sexual harassment laws or regulations, which puts young women at risk of harassment and abuse.

About the black horse mendham from 10/9/21. Been going for years but after tonight won’t be back. After walking in and seeing numerous tables empty and being told by the hostess sorry you have to eat outside as we have reservations for inside only. After an hour I observed those tables and people never showed up. In trying to speak with the manager there were more excuses blaming weather and a crowd which wasn’t crowded and never showed up couldn’t do anything more then say sorry and just walked away as if he didn’t care. Mind you the staff never even checked on a table availability to try and accommodate us when we first walked in. The days of Michael and Gary the former managers who were awesome and took care of the patrons are long gone and they certainly would have corrected the situation. Will just keep going for pub type food outside of mendham the convenience isn’t worth the frustration anymore.
