My heartfelt thanks and congratulations to “Filiz Aytas and her team” for the warm welcome we received when we entered and for giving us the pleasure of tasting the magnificent çiskekli baklava after the magnificent parlıcan and potato borek we ate.
If you’re looking for authentic food, this is the place to be!! The food was so incredible and the chef herself came out and thanked us for coming. Next time we’re in town this will be our first stop!
Loved. We’ll go back again.
Tiny bakery & restaurant spot with an amazing chef.
Everything perfect, food super tasty ♥️
It took me so long to fill out this review due to how full I was. Really great spot, really authentic
5 stars all around !! Can't wait to come back here. Everything was so flavorful and authentic.
Wonderful! The hummus and babaganoush were the most flavorful I’ve ever had. Friendly service and chill atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful turkish delicious food!
We had a great brunch here.
We ordered the Mediterranean Salad, freshly made on the spot by the owner/chef, included tasty 3 meatballs, arugula leafs, humus and feta cheese. My spouse ordered the Omelette with Soujouk turkish beef pepperoni — super delicious!
And of course we ordered baklava for dessert.
Nice, warm and friendly place.
We really liked it.
Strongly recommended.

My best friend is moving to Morristown next month and she invited me out to Jersey for the day to visit and see her new town. We enjoyed a great walk around downtown and planned to include a stop at Baklava for tea. Great idea! Nice little café with solid service, really good tea (we had several during our time there!), and baked goods. My friend enjoyed baklava with her tea - said it was wonderful and delicious. I’m vegan so opted to try a completely surprising dish of Turkish styled butternut squash. Amazing! Loved every bite. You must drizzle the tahini on it too. So good. I’d highly recommend it to anyone; my friend tried it and loved it too. So I do recommend this café; it has a warm friendly vibe, with good food/drink and service to match. I’ll definitely come back every time I visit my friend in Morristown!
