We recently hosted a proposal party for our son & his fiancée at Bistro 46 Morristown, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The private room was beautifully set up when we arrived, including the liquor we had dropped off the night before. Adolfo & his staff went above & beyond - truly exceptional service. The food was amazing, & the overall atmosphere made it a memorable day. Highly recommend Bistro 46 for dinner or any special occasion.

Was there with 2 other people, those of us who ate the short rib (Bistro Pasta & Chef's Special Ravioli) got sick from food poisoning. Very good server she was very nice. However the place is frigid and food made me ill, wouldn't recommend.

Been meaning to try this place since I live in the neighborhood. What a pleasant surprise. Good Italian in NJ is not a novelty, so it can sometimes be hard to be impressed. Well, this place impressed. Bistro Rigatoni had shredded short rib in pink cream sauce (must try). I also ordered the mussels appetizer that came in a wine sauce with sausage. Mussels were super fresh and the portion was great. Food here is pricey but I didn't mind paying since the quality was so good. Plenty of food too.

Ordered the braised beef short rib, calamari and bistro rigatoni to go. Oh my god. This was one of the best meals I've had in Morristown and I've lived here for years. The short rib was tender, juicy and tasty. The beef rigatoni was hands down the best I've ever had. And the calamari was great. Whoever is working the kitchen there is incredible.

Just had our daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner here. Everything was amazing from start to finish. The food was fantastic and the staff was friendly and professional. Alex was awesome. Alex was very kind with my son and us. She made sure we are comfortable and helped us choosing right orders. We ordered raspberry iced tea, fried calamari’s, penne vodka with Shrimp and grilled cheese sandwich with sweet potato fries. We loved everything. The ambience was just perfect in outdoor seating.
