Chef Fredy's was selected purely on vicinity to MAYO Performance; About a 12 min brisk walk between two places. We parked at Dalton Garage , around corner from Restaurant, close and effective. Chef Fredys was cute and very well staffed. The GM Luis took special care of us, in describing the venue, history and Special Items. Even selected a course of special Fig & Prar Ravioli appetizer 8n between salad and entrees. We had a very romantic dinner on an Anniversary of Our Meeting, together w a bottle of wine, BYOB, and excellant staffing, we are definitely returning to enjoy other courses. Celebrated our anniversary last night at Chef Fredy's. We hadn't been in awhile. Dinner was delicious my husband had the surf and turf. It was a generous sized filet and lobster tail. He said it was awesome I had the Chilean sea bass which was a special and also was delicious served with vegetables and porcini risotto. Very attentive service and inviting ambience. We will be back soon.

I am always telling people that Chef Fredy's is the best deal going in Morristown for delicious food. The impeccable service is a bonus! It's BYO so you can save money while enjoying truly gourmet cuisine. My family owns some bars and restaurants, so we are always super picky about lighting, music and decor--and this place does all of those things very well. It's unusual to find such great ambience, food and service in the same place these days!

We have been there a few times and warm more. We're going there because there's such a variation in the menu. The service is amazingly great. The food is cooked perfectly very few restaurants around that offer this kind of service.

We are in our 80's and I can truthfully say our meals of duck and poor man's lobster (monkfish) were incredible. Over the years we have found Freddy's Table to be a perfect place to dine. Service was superb!!

I absolutely cannot give this establishment enough praise. We had a repast for my father there. Another establishment canceled on us at the last minute. Nestor and Louis could not have been more accommodating and helpful, especially given the short notice. They are some of the nicest and most genuine people in town. The food and the service was amazing, and everyone in attendance couldn't stop raving about it. They took a very difficult situation and provided us with a truly amazing experience. If you are looking to host an event or just go out for a great dinner, you will not be disappointed with Chef Freddy's Table. Nestor and Louis will go above and beyond for you.

We chose this restaurant for our rehersal dinner, and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like family. The ambiance was perfect- elegant enough for our special celebration but warm and welcoming for our guests. The food was absolutely incredible. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Our guests are still raving about the meal weeks later! The service was impeccable- our servers were attentive without being intrustive, and the timing was perfect throughout the evening. We couldn't have asked for a better restaurant for such a milestone. Chef Fredy's will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we'll definitely be back for future celebrations.
