The “manager” Jorge (if that is really their name) stole our money and hung up on us several times. They also had no idea how their own delivery service works. This person should not be customer facing or in the position of a manager. We will never eat here and will make sure to tell all of our friends. The worst service I have ever experienced.

One of my favorite places to go, been coming here for about 20 years since high school when dinosaurs walked the earth. Delicious juicy tender crispy chicken boneless or wings, an array of delicious sides(I get the spud fries with cheese sauce) and a small mountain dew from the fountain with endless refills . The staff is always attentive, courteous, engaging and fun. They need a Cluck University in every town!!! Thanks again , congrats on new location,looks great with playful decor

I ordered a shrimp wrap yesterday. Hours later I was doubled up and in pain in my stomach. Why would they give a person old shrimp? I would expect better. Don't eat there! How else to explain the utterly sick feeling in my stomach. Something was absolutely wrong with the shrimp. I am sorry that you doubt me but what will a refund do to make my stomach better?
It was an overall average experience ... We ordered fried chicken but it was more than just fried in fact it was over fried and tasted a bit burnt ... the sauce was pretty good ... and the service was quite decent. Most probably gonna give one more chance but for now my score remains 3 out of 5.
