I wanted to order some wings, so I called this place to place an order. A guy answered and told me to hold for a second, so I waited. However, I ended up waiting about 10 minutes, but he never came back. I hung up and called again. Once again, he told me to hold for a second (this was the second time), and again, he left me hanging for another 10 minutes without answering.
Then I called for the third time, and once again, he told me to wait a second but he never came back. I kept calling, and he kept telling me to hold for a second. I got upset because he kept repeating the same thing. He could have simply told me that they weren’t taking orders anymore or that they were too busy. I would have understood. Instead, he was rude and unprofessional. The customer service was absolutely horrible.
I will not recommend this place, and I will never order from them in the future. I guess they didn’t want my business. I ended up ordering from somewhere else. Too bad for them!

The “manager” Jorge (if that is really their name) stole our money and hung up on us several times. They also had no idea how their own delivery service works. This person should not be customer facing or in the position of a manager. We will never eat here and will make sure to tell all of our friends. The worst service I have ever experienced.
