I got wings and legs fried chicken today the legs were good but the wings were hard and dry like they were re-fried or something they were absolutely horrible omg this place was better when they were on Morris St in Morristown,is there a new cook or something this will be my absolutely last time buying in there should have went to Popeyes.

It was an overall average experience ... We ordered fried chicken but it was more than just fried in fact it was over fried and tasted a bit burnt ... the sauce was pretty good ... and the service was quite decent. Most probably gonna give one more chance but for now my score remains 3 out of 5.

Food was horrible. Chicken tenders tasted like they were made of rope. Cheese fried tasted like my community pool fries with soggy water dumped upon them. Chicken sandwich tasted like mayo with a side of bread. Root beer was good tho. Smelled funny in there. Fried chicken was dry as the Sahara. 1/5 would NOT recommend

Awesome chicken spot. Been coming here for years. Service is super consistent. Food is great and you get a lot. Only had one odd experience. A cool may have put on too much cologne and it was present in the food. Other than that no complaints. Red Roman is the best sandwich imo. Imagine a chicken parm on steroids. Mini bites are a great option too.Parking: Parking on the street and in the lot can be very difficult at times

I've been eating here for 30+ years, much to the chagrin of my cardiologist. Good food, good service, and an awesome, retro Cluck-U sign right inside the front door. The menu monitors look really cool, too. Eating here really is an addiction.

Cluck you is a very good place if you are looking for a wing store in Morristown I give a 10/10 my first time trying fried Oreos was here! They are so good the food taste so fresh the dine in room is always so clean bathrooms are always clean ! I recommend going here !

I’ve always loved the greasy fast food style of Cluck U chicken. A sort of a cheat meal, The Taco Bell of wings! I was excited to post a photo of my Cluck U wings from my Super Bowl party. However, I don’t have one because Cluck U cannot fulfill a simple order.Sadly we had to cancel our order on the day of the Super Bowl after waiting over an hour. We were told that Cluck U, the wing business, ran out of wings (for an order that was placed on Thursday).Me, my family and friends, and everyone we tell will never return to Cluck U. How I am going to miss those stomach aches and middle of the night diarrhea. Thankfully there are plenty of better, more local wing places that are much much better than Cluck U. The 2nd star is simply due to the fact that I can now live life without chronic stomach issues.

Completely dropped the ball for the Super Bowl. I don’t understand how a wing place could be so unprepared for their biggest day of the year. Called in a $200 order days in advance and could tell right away when I went to pick up the staff couldn’t handle it. Every 15 minutes I was told the order was almost ready… until after about an hour of waiting they told me they never started it. Luckily I did not pay in advance.One of the workers said that every place would be as crazy as Cluck U was on Super Sunday - which was another lie as I was able to find another place that filled the order, no problem. They will have my (and all of my guests at the party) business going forward.Idea for management - I understand trying to make as much money as possible, but maybe customer loyalty is more important than one day of sales. Maybe stop taking orders at a certain point, like any other restaurant does?

DO NOT ORDER THE BACON CHEESEBURGER, Let me explain to you all what I've gone through ever since eating the bacon cheese burger, Pain and only pain food poisoning and stomach flu the sandwich had me praying on my hands and knees next to the toilet bowl in pain and suffering. Order the sandwich if you dare but know the consequence of eating this sandwich.
