This is the second time getting a cake from here and being disappointed. I figured I'd give it another try, but there were barely any cookies in the icecream portion just like before. It wasn't even close to what was pictured. I guess if your getting icecream you may have enough toppings in it, but when they assemble the cakes, they are very stingy. The cake portion didn't taste very fresh either.
Amazing ice cream, great service
This location is shared with a Blimpie which is a bit weird. Parking is a pain and it doesn’t have a full selection of ice cream and the service didn’t seem too great—maybe because they were tired and it was late—not sure. We wanted Kit Kat as a topping but they didn’t tell us until after we ordered which would have still been acceptable except we got no apology or even suggestions for alternative toppings that they did have in stock. While we were paying we saw a whole bunch of kit kar bars in a jar and when we asked about them, we were told they didn’t use them because they would need to break the bars. It also doesn’t seem very clean but again, that could have been because it was late.
Delicious. My favorite is cotton candy ice cream with cookie dough chunks.
Great ice cream , A+ service
We had a bad experience, the lady serving didn’t understand anything and had none of the items in the menu that we wanted.
I've gone to plenty of coldstone creamery this is the first time in years that I left unhappy. They told me you can't mix 2 ice creams(something I've always done) did my Ice cream completely wrong with mix-ins. Smh never again in Morristown?
Placed an online order and it was ready upon arrival. You have to park on the green to access this location. Tbe Ice Cream was good as always and the staff was friendly. I would go back.
I just bought a red velvelt cake $37.00, what a waste of money. I went to this place just because the one in Rockaway did not have it. And I regreat it! Cake was so old, hard, and tasted like freezer. Not fresh at all! Don't buy anything from this place. Don't waste your money! On top of that If you tried to call them, they never pick up the phone. I gave one star because I don't have the option to give something like minus 2 stars ( - ? ? ).
At seconds after 9pm Michelle saw the faces of our little ones and opened the door to serve up some cotton candy and vanilla for my nieces who had been angels all day and deserved their favorite ice cream. What a sweet passionate young women. Thank you Michelle and kudos to the Morristown Cold Stone Creamery for a get employee.

Customer service is extremely sub par. No manners and the girl didn't hide the fact that she didn't want to work there. Loud hispanic music, strange. It is half Blimpie, half Coldstone (weird). I've had better service and product at other Coldstone locations, otherwise it is a 1-star.
Customer service sucks. They have no idea what they're doing. The cashiers did not want to explain anything and seem uninterested in the customers. Don't waste your money here. There's more ice cream shops around the corner.
I was in search of a nearby icecream place and was driving around and came across this place. I decided to stop in and try it. Upon walking in, one young man greeted me while the other was serving a customer. Place was clean, service was great, icecream was amazing! My kids enjoyed their icecream just as much as I did. We all had waffle cones with a signature icecream mix (chocolate devotion, oreo mix and coffee lover). Will go back again!
How do you not have cones or waffles but you're an ice cream shop? So paying full price for an ice cream in a cup because you guys don't have cones or waffles is okay? Waste of money. Horrible customer service. Def not worth your money.
Mmm, best ice cream ever! This also goes for all the other Cold Stones in the universe.
