The food is very good quality and the service is impeccable. I really like the fact that I can bring my own wine and not have to pay a giant markup. This makes it a great value. We would come back again for sure.

This was our 2nd time- and it was rather disappointing. We felt very rushed, even though there were plenty of open tables. The waiters were hovering the whole time, which was uncomfortable. Also one of our patas dishes was very undercooked. Not sure we will be back.

My sister and I took my mother here to have lunch for her 89th birthday and everything was wonderful. The place is beautiful. The food was delicious and the price was reasonable. I am also having a birthday party for my mother-in-law in the private room upstairs and really looking forward to it.

I felt very rushed. The bussers were taking plates and silverware away as we were eating. I just felt like they were in my space while I was still enjoying my meal, getting ready for the next course. The food was decent, but not memorable

The staff was attentive, food exceptional they made my mom's birthday lunch a lovely experience. I had the Pappardella Sapori and my mom had a burger. Dessert was Tiramisu. Everything was exceptional! Everyone came to sing happy birthday to my mom, loved it! I recommend! FYI : It has plenty of parking!

Party of 6 for an early New Year's Eve Dinner. Everything was great, the service was very attentive. The only thing I'll caution, b/c of complaints in other reviews: When you make a reservation for a crowded night, they do not seem to hold a specific table for you. But rather, they seat your party in the order that you check in. They will not seat you if your entire party is not present. I think this is to prevent them from holding tables for people who never show. If you are late or one of your party are missing, you may have to wait for a table to open up, despite your reservation.
Restaurant was overbooked, many reservation parties waiting. Reservations not even confirmed when arriving. Left and went elsewhere Normally we like this place but will not be going again for awhile.

We have been going here for years. Unfortunately they way overbooked the restaurant and it took us 3 hours for us to get our dinner, on Christmas Eve with kids not ideal. Very disappointed from a place that previously has been our go to restaurant for several years

We booked for a Christmas Eve dinner at 6pm. We ordered our dinner within 12 minutes of sitting. We did not see our dinner until 8:40pm. We spoke to the owner 3 times. Our waiter told us that they overbooked by far. In fact there was not one parking space available by 5:45pm. It was an indication of what was to come. They mismanaged the kitchen & dining room. Our waiter played duck & dodge with our table. We will never go again. Do yourself and your guest a favor, go elsewhere. I have never written a negative review but in this case the truth needs to be told. Dishonesty is unacceptable. There are too many good restaurants to waste your evening and money at Cafe Sapori.

They took in way too many reservations. We sat down soon after our reservation but it was 2 hours 45 min ordeal for just four of us to eat a simple meal. We didn't drink alcohol either maybe that would helped with our frustration. Yes I know it was Christmas eve but that was ridiculous. We were a very small group. The noise level was awful too. We were upstairs in a smaller room so it should not be so loud. I went in other time and they work so efficiently we were in and out in 1 hour. The food was good. But I would not go back after this experience. It felt like they just wanted to seat as many people as possible to make money.
