I ordered a pizza from a lady working at noon and told her what it should have, but she gave me a normal veggie pizza as it was. When I came back, she started talking to me as if it was my fault and charged me a little more than the price I paid the day before

Usually when I order large carry out of pizzas, I don't expect to be wowed.. hand down, best ever pizza I had from larger franchises. The crisp, cheese, crust, toppings - everything was done in perfection.

These delivery drivers are awful. I live in an apartment and they will just leave it in the lobby and they refuse to bring it to the door despite me asking them to. This is their job. On numerous occasions the pizza has been left in the lobby and I was never notified that it had been delivered, so by the time I went downstairs to check if the food was here it was ice cold. Bottom line is if you couldn’t be bothered to hand food to someone at their door then maybe being a delivery driver isn’t the job for you.

Worst customer service! Especially the manager. She has an attitude even if you speak with respect and appropriately. There was a problem with the order. She doesn’t try to come up with a resolution. She says to not order here. Don’t order here! It’s not worth it. If they mess up on the order, it’s not their fault, it’s the customer and when you try to correct it, they try to fight with you.

Rude service, over 1 hour delivery time, and poor food quality. Food was cold by the time i got it and didnt even have sauce on the pizza. Called for a refund and was told it wasn't their problem. Fire everyone here and Close the place down. On top of that they charge a $6 delivery fee and still demand a tip. Isn't the delivery fee for the delivery driver???
