I visited this Dunkin’ location recently and absolutely loved it! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the store was spotless, and they had a great variety of drinks to choose from. Everything was well-organized and clean, making the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely one of the best Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to!

Unsweetened iced tea should not cost $3.74(!!!). They don't even offer lemon anymore. That said, the very least I expect for almost $4 is that it should taste good! Today this tea tasted like dirty dishwater - as if they do not clean the urn (or whatever vessel) they make the tea in. Gross! I really hope the health department checks these conditions - or at least that someone who works there is insuring quality by actually tasting the products they sell - I won't be back again.

I am increasingly concerned about the service at this location. On multiple occasions during my lunch break, I have encountered lines stretching to the door, while several employees retreat to the back rather than assisting. This consistently leaves a single staff member overwhelmed, attempting to both take orders and prepare drinks. As a customer with limited time, it is frustrating to spend my entire 30-minute break waiting, simply due to a lack of initiative and teamwork among the staff. This experience makes me reconsider whether it is worth returning in the future.

Just one person to manage the entire store , so had to wait sometime. Otherwise nice and clean.

So, this review is really high 3 stars. Here's why. The donuts and food I have had at this location never had an issue. It's mainly the staff. I could be standing at the counter, and more than half the staff is standing around. I am polite. They should be polite back. Also, have times, I have to remind them they forgot part of my order. However, there have been other times the staff has been great. So it varies on who is working when.
