The tall Indian guy with glasses is extremely rude and unprofessional. Always ignores me when im trying to buy a monster drink making me stand there for several minutes, pretending not to see me and doing other things. He should be fired immediately for such poor customer service and neglect. The only saving grace is the girl with the blue/green hair I think her name is Catrina she is awesome.

It is an absolute ZOO here in the morning. One person started my coffee and never finished it. I had to ask that my mobile order be completed as I could see it sitting undone on the counter. No one has an assigned job. Total chaos, at least 10 people waiting for their orders which just get piled up on the counter without anyone managing them. Absolutely insane. Oh and of course my coffees were made wrong because no one cares. Save yourself some aggravation!

I do not understand what takes so long for them to get one drink and one donut ready. I would place my order 5-8min in advance before arriving to the store and would still be met with an additional 5 to potentially 10 minute wait inside. The most infuriating part is that I would see only half my order ready and seemingly forgotten about behind the mobile order tray. My advice to this store is, if you’re completing a mobile order, finish the order. Don’t make the drink and then forget about the donut. This has been an ongoing issue for this location.

Visited this Dunkin' for the first time located at Madison Avenue for a quick breakfast, and I think this Dunkin' is better than the one located near Morristown Green. It has plenty of parking, a clean atmosphere and pretty decent service.

If you want to get scammed go to that little store inside of this Dunkin. 2.50 per Arizona is robbery. Nothing else is priced any better. As for the Dunkin itself it’s the slowest I’ve ever been too.
