Converted bank made into a DD that has a snack attack area to purchase other non-DD products such as chips, pretzels, candy, gum, etc. There is also a rack to get a free water test by Culligan. Seems like a smaller selection of DD pastry products, but maybe it is just the way it is displayed in a case close to the customer. You can still get coffee Coolattas they just have to look up Frozen Coffee as the drink. They have some seating and people come with their laptops like a cafe. Very cool!

I have given this location 3 visits in the morning. The first two visits, I attributed the slow service and poor management to "growing pains".This was the third visit at 6:30am on a Friday. I still managed to get stuck there for 15min waiting for a medium coffee and a couple of donuts.There were 3 employees at the time. I think one was a manager because he was called over to address an issue with one of the registers. One employee was making the hot foods and one was taking orders and making beverages. They were so backed up that people who had placed online orders came in and were waiting for their food, people were in line waiting to place their in-person orders, and people were waiting for their in-person orders.This has been consistent with my experiences in the 2 previous visits. There is nobody for the convenience store portion. There has been times when a customer would want something from the convenience store and the employee taking orders and making beverages would have to leave to help the convenience store customer.I cannot recommend this location. I never realized that a medium hot coffee would ever be a 15min endeavor. While the location is convenient to my morning commute, the service is disappointing.

I'm not surprised to see some poor reviews. When you open a business like this, you need to have an attentive and trained staff ....you cannot train someone at 12 PM with a line of 10 people waiting for their coffee. It seems that management and training is the problem. I've been in 3 times and have had to wait over 15 minutes for 1 coffee. Unacceptable

Some of the worst management I have ever experienced.I have used the Dunkin app about 10 times at this location, and 5 of those orders have either been incorrect, out of stock, or have taken in excess of 25 minutes to be ready. (My order is a plain coffee and a croissant)The best part is this location can not process refunds when you order something on the app and it turns out they don’t have that item in stock. Instead you are left to wait 30 minutes on hold with the Dunkin’ customer service line to process a $5 refund.Now you might be thinking, “well I better just order in person since this location clearly can’t process app orders correctly or timely”. Hahaha good luck, if there are 7 employees at this location, 6 are working on screwing up mobile orders, which just leaves 1 employee to handle walk in customers. Want a cup of black coffee and one person is in line in front of you? No problem, that will be $4 and 20 minutes of your time.This location was opened about 5 months ago and these are my experiences since their opening. I understand building a business takes time and I have held off on writing a negative review to give this branch a chance to work out the kinks and serve customers better, but at some point you have to accept that this is a mismanaged store with nonexistent customer service.I strongly recommend stopping in if you are extremely bored and would like to see mismanagement at its finest. Just take a seat by the mobile order section of the store and watch 6 people try to organize a mosh pit of pink order slips, coffee cups, and white bags. Truly a sight to behold.I look forward to filing a better business bureau complaint for refusing to provide a refund on site when the product i paid for was out of stock.

My sister and I love our Dunkin' Runs!!! Max and his team are fantastic!!! Nicole, John, Shamika, Erin, Sanjay, James, and EJ are friendly, helpful, and efficient, and all are a pleasure to interact with!!! They get my orders correct, and it's always service with a smile! ?We love Dunkin' Original Coffee, and the Wakeup Wraps are a favorite of ours!The Dunkin' app is the best! It is quick and easy to use, and the rewards add up quickly!Definitely check out this Dunkin'!!! ❤️☕️❤️

DisorganizedWaited 7 minutes to order cup of coffee with no line.Poorly managed and it shows.Perhaps growing pains with new store, but it’s been 3 months and experience has been same over 20+ visits.Great location, nice staff, and smart to include mini market, but how long until you lose frequent customers due to poor management?

This was advertised on the highway 287, but the signs didn’t clearly show where it is. It’s hard to find shouldn’t be advertised on the highway if it’s not right at the exit.
