If I could give no stars to this store I would. Between the phone number never working to call and always getting the order wrong and you keep giving the benefit of the doubt that they will do good next time. They do not. They are extremely rude too. It’s absurd. You got an online order to follow I would understand if it would be in person order where the miscommunication would be but when it’s in front of your face and still argue about the order not being wrong its right in front of your face!

Though I understand it’s a busy location and the store is staffed, it seems like no one is actually focused on servicing the customers. I waited in line for about 10 minutes while on the clock, during which the cashier was arguing with the person making the drinks. It came across as very unprofessional and frustrating as a customer.

I don’t know why I go back here. The first time I went was a horrible experience. They are super rude. I decided to try them again because they were the closest. I will never support them again in the future. They are still just as rude and a customer in front of me even walked out. The service was not fast. Overall would give them no stars if that was an option.

Do not go to this Dunkin Donuts if you have a good allergy. In April, 2025 my son ordered via mobile app. They placed his receipt on the wrong ordered. He is allergic to tree nuts and they gave him a drink with hazelnut, almond milk and almond syrup. He realized this after one sip then he lifted the receipt and say their mistake. He spent 4 hours in the ER with several doses of EpiPen. Sadly, the owner and management refuse to acknowledge their negligence.

I asked for a latte with oatmilk and extra shot espresso my regular order at any dunkin. It didn’t taste like oatmilk at all Plus it wasn’t even a latte It was just regular coffee with creamer and an extra shot espresso making it extremely bitter. When I walked in the sever was busy on phone on one ear while trying to make the coffee. Atleast use AirPods so ur hands are free and u can do justice to ur work Never going there again
I felt hurried and the cashier got our order wrong so we tried to tell him if we could get the glazed donut and he tried to correct us instead. He ended up getting annoyed as us.

Very rude workers . They gave my order out to someone else then instead of fixing the problem they were blaming me and yelling in there native language . After I said I want a re-fune they refeased to give it to me as they were quickly trying to make my order again . At the end I waited and the food was under cooked and rushed . Terrible experience and very unprofessional staff . It is very sad how as a worker you act like a crazy animal towards your customer instead of trying to help them .

This DD on Lafayette Ave in Morristown is bad. The workers often mess up orders, they mess up making the specialty coffee drinks, don’t put the right amount of flavors and generally don’t care! Not coming here anymore, they charge a lot of money for these iced coffees and lattes, they should at least make them right!
