They seem to take pride in their rudeness. Super rude on more than one occasion. Atmosphere of a public restroom. Location is only thing going for them. If another coffee shop opened up next door this place would fold in a month.

I asked for a latte with oatmilk and extra shot espresso my regular order at any dunkin. It didn’t taste like oatmilk at all Plus it wasn’t even a latte It was just regular coffee with creamer and an extra shot espresso making it extremely bitter. When I walked in the sever was busy on phone on one ear while trying to make the coffee. Atleast use AirPods so ur hands are free and u can do justice to ur work Never going there again

Too many people outside begging customer service is not good at all
I felt hurried and the cashier got our order wrong so we tried to tell him if we could get the glazed donut and he tried to correct us instead. He ended up getting annoyed as us.

Very rude workers . They gave my order out to someone else then instead of fixing the problem they were blaming me and yelling in there native language . After I said I want a re-fune they refeased to give it to me as they were quickly trying to make my order again . At the end I waited and the food was under cooked and rushed . Terrible experience and very unprofessional staff . It is very sad how as a worker you act like a crazy animal towards your customer instead of trying to help them .

This DD on Lafayette Ave in Morristown is bad. The workers often mess up orders, they mess up making the specialty coffee drinks, don’t put the right amount of flavors and generally don’t care! Not coming here anymore, they charge a lot of money for these iced coffees and lattes, they should at least make them right!

This Dunkin location is good for a quick in and out bite. The service is a little slower than most Dunkin in the area, but they produce quality food and drink like most other Dunkin.
